well, if ladies compartments are not allowed, in train, probably many women cannot travel, it is very easy to say that do not provide extra arrangements but if that is not given, ladies will fall prey to those men( not all men) who use their hands, legs specially elbow on daily basis, to touch inappropriately, (in crowd)and if there is a a civilized man, he also cannot push a woman as much as he can do with a man to make a place in crowd, do not know if u hv any idea about local train, I as a small town girl face such issues very much. trains are much crowded here.

If to avoid that some protection is given, it is to be considered as a positive discrimination to protect the women from some bad men. It is hoped that government should set up medical police to guard the medical College and they should be trained under military training for 5 years.both state and central government will give them salary in the ratio of one is to one . court should give them orders.then it will be better, I think.

Functional CCTVs, tight security, entry and exit checks, constant security personnel both male and female guards monitoring each floor etc, keeping a tab on who is entering where etc. is quite easy to do. One on one guarding is impossible , but there should be a system to monitor the activities in every section of the hospital .
