Plantain may have saved my life a few weeks ago due to bee sting (deathly allergic).. Stung while picking blackberries about a mile away from my truck. Plantain reversed all swelling and calmed heart palpitations. May have stopped anaphylactic shock.

I find it suits the plants to talk to them as I harvest. Its also good to sing while you cook. It sounds strange but it its mindfulness and intention of a positive type. Instead of gimmie gimmie, its thanks and look what we made!

Large areas of skin on my legs and arms were injured and burned. For the last month or month and a half I have put up with severe reaction to mites, which I’ve had off and on over the last 20 years. Yesterday and today I tried plantain, the swelling is gone and the redness is gone, the lesions are closing up! Thrilled to find this fantastic plant. Great video

Thank you. My partner cut his finger to the bone...applied poultice, just chewed leaves and then applied...miraculous!!
If he had gone to hospital, no doubt, he would have had stitches!

Y'all can mix it with beeswax and oil and make it into something that should last.
. We have had a terrible drought in NC so everything is dying. So i started picking ours in the yard and drying it out an using it. Obviously nothing is better than fresh but it still works an it does help alot.

Wonderful video as always. Plantain grows all over South Africa as well. I have always had some in my garden and if I happen to run out I intentionally pick wild seeds pods and plant them. I add the younger tender greens to spinach when I cook it and also the tender immature seed pods . I try to incorporate wild edibles into each meal in some form. My current favourite is a wild mustard pesto of sorts . Wild mustard leaves and flowers with fresh garlic, lemon juice, salt, olive oil and either cashew nuts or flaxseed. Flaxseeds actually keep the peso beautifully emulsified and tastes great. Much love and be blessed 🙏.

Make a tincture it works just as well I used 80% proof vodka with plantain and let it soak for months then I strained it into a jar, as long as you don’t add water it will not expire for years. I got stung last year as the wasp attacked my face never saw it coming as I accidentally disturbed their nest luckily only one got me on my nose drawing blood I ran inside dapped the tincture on, the minute it touched my nose the pain was gone no swelling and continue my yard work forgetting it ever happened this really works I also made plantain oil where it will expire depending on the oil you use as long as no water is mixed your ok if you add water you must use a preservative. I hope this helps
