Wow. I thought dragonridge in henderson or the ridges in summerlin was the most uppity hood. I assume with a 200k membership you buy into part ownership of the club and you can sell your membership later and get your money back? Or does that 200k just disappear forever?
Southern Highlands Golf Club in south Las Vegas is actually positioned above both The Ridges and DragonRidge and is the closest neighborhood in comparison to The Summit. Southern Highlands Golf Club is also around $200k for a golf membership and has a two year wait list right now to join. Membership is set at a limited number and there are many multi-million dollar homes in that neighborhood. DragonRidge is significantly less and not a limited membership number. The Ridges is on a public course called Bears Best. The public can access The Ridges, it is not a private community (just the residential portion).
Welcome to the Summit Club in Summerlin, the pinnacle of ultimate luxury living!
Intro music is awesome little bit short though
Do you mean the video length was a bit short? Yeah not much to really show since I didn't have direct access to the community.
@@favoritelasvegasrealtor no, the video was fine I was just talking about the music:-)
I’ve been working there building these insane houses. When you drive around you feel like you don’t belong 😂
Wow that’s crazy

That's a GREAT question!! I have no clue but will find out. Yeah this is even more exclusive than the Ridges and MacDonald Highlands.
It's $250k initiation fee with a minimum spend of $50k in fees and food & bev. You also have to own property/unit in the community to be a member.
@@Andre-sj5ii great info thanks for sharing

The Summit Club also has a 55 acre expansion in the works at the southern end of the community
