Corn tastes so much better when you freeze it. I have done it both ways. You and Charles work very hard. I enjoy your channel.

Great video. Just a suggestion…For your yogurt, pick up a cheesecloth to use when you get to the straining part. That will make the job easier!

Hello Noel and Charles!! CONGRATS to Ash. How exciting for her! I think whey can be used in homemade bread instead of water. Sounds yummy! I also think whey lasts for weeks in the fridge. Loved the video. ... Hugs.

Let the rise bushes you have grow than take clippings and start new rose bushes until you have as many as you want. FREE

Great video, Noel! Congratulations to Ash!
I’m doing half corn (8 dz white) this Friday and next week the yellow should be ready so I’ll put up about 16 dozen. I need to try making yogurt but only a half batch, or less. We will be empty nesters very soon! Granted she’s less than 15 mins away as she’s living on campus.

Noel...I've never made yogurt in my I.P. before...so if I use store-bought milk, first..can I use 2% and second does it still need to boil in the I.P. since I am NOT using raw milk? Also when you put it in the I.P., do you set it to vent or seal when boiling and later when making the yogurt after adding live cultures? Thanks. It will be interesting to see how you make cream cheese with the whey. Learning lots of things from you. Thanks so much.

I found that if you raw pack the jar prior to warming the jars it goes much faster and the jars are the same temperature. So I fill my jars and the canner warms the jars and the product. when fill jars shows I push the button to move forward.

When I used to garden years ago, I had to change to "Armenian" cucumber seeds because the plant can take the heat better. I live in the desert and my regular cucumbers did not do well and were all bitter. The Armenian grew like crazy. They look different...light green and ribbed skin, but taste like cucumbers. Very tasty and they grow into a long length. Yes to more roses. They are so beautiful and will look wonderful once the driveway is lined with them.

The roses that are flowering look so pretty. I say take a chance and get more of the inexpensive roses. Also, I believe that it is possible to grow new roses from cuttings. Maybe that is something to consider some time?

Yes go get what you can get. You never know. If they thrive it will be so pretty and that’s a good price! Noel you are so good in the kitchen! I’ve never used an electric canner but now you have me more interested!
