Umbau Aldi Ferrex FN-ABV 40 (Norma Matrix) auf Makita Akku

Bei Aldi gibt es aktuell (9.9.19) Akkulaubsauger ohne Akkus - Ideal zum Umbau auf Makita
Der Umbau ist in 10 Minuten erledigt, nur das Konstruieren und Drucken der Kunststoffteile hat ca 30 Stunden gedauert.

Bei den neueren Ferrex Akku Laubsauger/Bläsern ab 2022 reicht es nicht mehr aus lediglich die 40V Spannungsversorgung herzustellen.
Hab's probiert, aber auf der kleinen Contoller Platine blinkt lediglich eine kleine grüne LED und der Motor steht still.
Das Gerät überprüft über den dritten Kontakt, ob die Akku Temperatur ok ist. Wenn man diesen dritten Kontakt (T) im Laubsauger über einen 10k Ohm Widerstand mit der Batterie (-) verbindet
gaukelt man dem Gerät eine Akkutemperatur von 25°C vor, und der Motor startet.

I'm doing something similar on Ferrex but I don't know how to trick a thermistor. It is usually a 10K resistor. But here it is somehow different. How did you do that? Unfortunately, I don't understand German ... if you mentioned anything in the video.

hello Benč DIY have you solved your problem?
he says he converting this ferrex device to Makita Akku that you can use Makita Akku on this device the same device is to buy with Akku on NORMA !
what you need is a 3D printer he says he printed the adapters himself on his 3 D printer .
on this black original connection there are printed b+ etc. designations you can see in the video , he's explaining that the device goes off if the volt is under an certain value. the volt signal what comes from Makita Akku can be ignored and he needs his both hands and comes back again .. minutes 08.16.
And you see next he connected the cables as you can see in the video . Don't connect the Akkus if the device is open because the motor will go on ! Be careful! remove from the handle you need to press both grey buttons.
the next is he shows the device with both Akkus and demonstrates that device works .
then he says put everything together.
in the Infobox is the cad file for printing and some parts you eventually need.

Interessantes Projekt. Habe das gleiche mit einer Ferrex Stichsäge vor, weil es dir hier gerade für 14€ gibt und mich der Versuch reizt. Wo hast du die Kontaktplatten für 3€ gefunden?
