    One drill is you get knocked down by your opponent into your bump into the ground, the opponent does a cross body unhooked pin on you to attempt a pin-fall, and you counter that pin with a reversal (also known as a "counter') into a leg scissors on the ground against your opponent - legs wrapping around somewhere around the neck of the opponent.

    When I was in my childhood and teenage years, I used to always wonder what is required for somebody to actually make it into the professional wrestling industry. Some people told me that you have to go through high school wrestling first, but I guess that's not necessarily true. As long as you can get through such grueling tryouts in a professional wrestling training school such as this one for instance, you either become eligible for a wrestling contract or you don't. I guess it all depends on whether or not your trainers believe you are ready for the major leagues.

    Whenever i see a wrestling school video, they are always teaching basic cardio, tumbling, how to fall. I never see heel techniques 101. How to rake the eyes without crippling your opponent. How to choke, how to rub their face across the ropes. Or the most important in the whole world, how to sell an atomic drop.

    No disrespect, but this is why wrestling sucks these days. Wrestling schools. I remember being a kid watching smoky mountain wrestling after school. Guys didn't go to school to wrestle, they got Mic skills & experience wrestling territory's. That's why the wrestling and mic skills was more organic back then.

    • @thegamingchef3304
      @thegamingchef3304 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @jack napier Yeah but these people go from the schools straight to the big time. Back then you wrestled in Territories then went to the big time...Im sure you agree that the wrestlers for the past 15 years dont compare prior to the past 15 years. I been watching wrestling my whole life, and this new stuff is pure garbage top to bottom. The biggest correlation is all these guys lack that territory experience...Stone cold, Hulk Hogan, Macho man etc all wrestled territories. I know The Hart foundation and Rocks pop had schools, but you still wrestled in a territory. You get better in the ring in front of a live crowd, not in a gym imo. Experience is the best teacher.

    • @Nastyleroyakathatman215
      @Nastyleroyakathatman215 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I disagree what you're saying wrestling has to evolve and change we can't be like these guys are stuck in the past that's stuck in one way and how things used to be sure back in the day you had to do territories but also you did at wrestling school with you on the job training that means you did go through territory territory and you will get in here with guys that are better than you in the Ring and promo wise and that's how the great talkers became the great Talkers that's how The Rock got better on his life skills and some people are not gifted with good my skills some people are gifted with being natural athletes for then they are personalities and some people are great personalities but okay wrestlers and rest of the school helps to always treat you better always learning and growing and I was training you always being ready and stayed in shape in Ring Wise . We just totally can't Crap on today's wrestling because everybody can learn from something newest students can learn from the past experience in all the guys can learn from the new guys , we don't need guys that are bitter and relax these new wrestlers don't know add a working too high to do list we need guys like for Booker T we need people like Cody call willing to pass down their knowledge and what they know show what they know open up Wrestling School in Wrestling World wrestling schools in training facilities like Reality of Wrestling and the Nightmare Factory

And about the promos sucking he probly mainly watches wwe and the reason those promos suck is becsusr they are overly scripted and written by the same ppl for the whole roster which doesnt make sense becausr everyones human and humans are all different.
