Back in 2021 after being told I would need to visit Grand Park in person to get put on a wait list. I traveled down from the North East to visit the community. Fast forward 6 months and I found my plan of interest available as a quick move in available to anyone. Did they lose my number? Thanks Neal for waisting my time and money. Needless to say they lost the sale.
Man I'm sorry that happened to you! What did your realtor do for you during the process? I found that often times these "waitlists" became very confusing for builders and Buyers, and if you're realtor wasn't advocating for you weekly, you were "passed" over. One of the many reasons why having a good realtor that knows the builders, sales reps, and all parties involved in the process is vital.
@@MattLeichtRealtor It is par for the course with all these builders. Questions left unanswered and an attitude that the prospective buyer should be grateful that they would even sell you a house. It's a turn off. What should I expect after being in contract or have a warranty claim? To be left hung out to dry with no response because that feeling is what they are projecting to me as a prospective buyer.
Very cute! Fully clothed in the pool...
Thanks!
Masterfully done! Great work Matt and team!
Much appreciated!
Moving to that neighborhood next year. Waiting for our house to be built 😊.
Another one!
