This is an Honorary rank sir, it is not a commissioned military rank. An Honorary rank is mostly bestowed upon its recepients for their different achievements especially in the interest of the General public cause. Whether a soldier or a civilian you can be given this rank even in death

I have worked for NRA ARCHIVE UNIT to archive NRA bush history for three years as a volunteer who's is not paid a single penny for that work. I worked on NRA KADOGOS history to be remembered for nine years. Therefore, the NRA ARCHIVES UNIT under the president's office, ceremoniously honored me for that work. I have the certified documents for that Honorary rank.
