Both of you were in the wrong. You changed lanes over a solid line (illegal), cut across two lanes with no signal (which is two unsafe lane changes = illegal), both you and the car ran a red light (illegal), and I would bet that you was speeding. What do you expect from people when you break the law worse than them? Come on dude. At least look like you are obeying the traffic laws when you post a video.
