Biking, camping, fishing, watercolor painting and drinking! I'm jealous. I love all those things. Maybe throw in a fun board/card game and you've got everything you need.
It would be great to do videos on peoples bikes, like Daniel's 83-84 Stunt Jumper. Riding retro bikes is a passion of mine and often the only alternate for some people who can't afford a new bike and the reason I like riding retro bikes is repurposing something that never really stopped performing and there's something really cool about building up an old bike to make it your own and you don't see anyone else out there riding the same bike, if you do they have little personal parts that compliment the rider.
So, I enjoyed watching this so much, I pulled it up to watch with my son and he chimes in right at the beginning and says “Hey, that’s Ally!” They went to UA together. Small world. Pedal it all.
LMBO.... great great gig....... gotta do more like this.... I remember the rattlesnake when I was in Missoula back in 2010 that brought I brought back some memories it really did brought back some memories thank you for that
Feel right at home with the riders in this video. I often ride my '83 Stumpjumper wearing sneakers, jeans, and a sweatshirt in cold weather. It's sandals, shorts, and a t-shirt during the warmer months. I ride for miles and miles in complete comfort.
Fantastic video Russ! These are my type of people. I too bikepack in flips/Chacos, no helmet and no lycra :-) I wish more cyclists kept it casual like this. It's tons more fun this way!
I thought you were joking about the watercolours in your video about front loading bias. I was pleasantly surprised to see that you were not kidding at all!
Must have watched this video four times. We have nothing like these here in England it's all lycra, electric shift and expensive frames and clipless pedals. Question the lady named Ali is she the one that hit by the woman on horse? (time trail).
From what I have heard, it's bulky, heavy and not actually that great for bike camping/packing. Also, you can't leave the tent up and go adventure, you have to tear it down :/
You lucky SOB! Love it! Man, what beautiful country. Good friends, camping, biking, fishing, you're living the dream.....
That was one hell of a trout!!! this whole trip looked like so much fun!!!

Great video! After my 20 year gap from road cycling, now returned, the supple life is definitely more for me. Goodbye roads and mad drivers!
That was the BEST! Love seeing you guys go out and fish! Thanks.
love to see you guys taking things outside with your friends ... great for a Friday night video = made my night after a hard day
Great! The Prospector seems to be a great bike!! Loving it!
Such a neat video. Two of my favorite things. Biking and fly fishing. Cool

Good idea. Could profile the bikes of different people we know!
Warren E amen brother. I’m with you

A borrito is the most important accessory on any bike - loved the video - donut know how I missed it back in July, but better late than never.
Really enjoyable episode, looked like you had a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome video! Gotta try the bike fishing thing soon, too!

Yep. That’s her! :)
Happy people on bicycles! 😀 Great video and nice fish!
Wait. You went camping at a place called Rattlesnake?! Nice fish and beautiful river.
I live in Missoula and got into bikepacking recently; how do I find people to go with??
Awesome that lunchbox let the trout go.
Can’t keep cutthroat in that creek.
Love your videos! Fishing, biking, outdoors... Pure Americana👍🇬🇧🇺🇸👍
Have you used the topeak bikecamper tent which uses the bike and wheels instead of tent poles. Any opinions

Flyfishing, bourbon, bikes, watercolors. These are things I also love. If your ever in the pnw msg me.

Damn, I'd love to have that in my backyard!
What kind of bike is Toffer (spelling?) riding? Looks awesome! Great vid as usual!
It’s a custom Sklar!
Daniel Molloy has all the baller gear. He ain't no scrub.
Carradice saddlebags excellent
Chipps sighting!
Some good fish!
Do a catch & cook sometime, that’ll be nice.
does that fargo have 3" tires?
Think so. It is 27.5+.
Loved this. Couldn’t keep the fish?
Can’t keep cutthroat in that creek.
Catch and Release! Give other fishers a chance! The Montana way! Unless you're starving ;)
I am subscribers you from indonesian bikepacking🇲🇨🤘
I also love getting mosquitos shitfaced when I tour. Joke’s on them.
Spectacular beard :D
Looks like Yehuda.
Hmmm, I wonder if I've seen ONE video where Russ actually catches some fish ;)) In this video the score is not on Russ I am afraid
Being the good host I spotted the place where the fish would be for our guest :)
Russ should have caught all the fish, he pointed exactly where to cast for each fish I caught!
why the hell is no one wearing helmets?
Because they’re adults and can decide for themselves.
Cool kids don’t wear helmets ;)
Peanut guys Dangle. #ThatDangle
in love with that pizza girl, she is cute.
I like the nut guy
Nut guy is the best :)
What’s the point of catching fish - ripping out their jaws and letting them go??!
I'm what comes before second
