So no posts and tie beams needed , what thickness of panel is need to go with out posts and beams for a one story house . No one can answer that question . This system is not commonly used .

Just completed ICF home but didnt see this method earlier. Anyone knows advantages over ICF?
in my uneducated opinion, i think the advantages to this is definitely the roof - there is no need to switch construction methods/ expertise. with ICF, you still have to depend on traditional roofs i.e. having to construct a whole wooden or metal frame etc.
secondly, with ICF, the skin of the house will essentially be styrofoam, and thus prone to damage. the skin of these baupanels will be concrete.
however, shotcreting does look slightly more complicated than just simply pouring in cement with ICF.
secondly, this baupanels thing looks like it uses a hell of a lot of steel, as you can see with all that wire mesh all around.
@@thekaizer666 maybe stronger in earthquake.. less mass..? F=ma. More mass more trouble. My roof is metal SIP panels. Roof insulation and ceiling all in one. Very fast sits on top of timber 300x50 thick. Skin of ICF is STO render. Hard as rock. They drop test metal ball different than cement based plaster this one is polymer...so no cracking smells like acrylic actually.
