Helpful playthrough discussing some decision making and basic concepts. I would love to see a future beginner guide lean in and address one of the biggest challenges new players have... the pace at which decisions MUST be made (e.g. between rounds, at the carousel, etc). Discussing how as a veteran player you approach or prepare for those decisions and what is / isn't important to invest time in during the frantic throes of a match.

yeeah im kind of hoping/wondering if there's a play alone against bots kinda thing, where you can practice under the timers, looking at all the diff stuff, learning the 30 diff things on the screen with some only accessible at certain times, etc. otherwise, eh.

definitely feels different game every set. For long time players it feels nice because you won't get bored since it feels like new every time. Good luck on the grind!

I continually want to get into this game but tend to get overwhelmed by the strategy. Thanks for putting this together - hopefully it will stick this time!
Just do what I do man, play and have fun. I was super intimidated by the complexity of the game, and tried watching guides before ever playing and it never stuck. once I got 4-5 games under my belt, and now started playing some ranked, a lot of these beginner videos really started to make sense! and I'm learning a lot just playing as well! have fun dude!
At 15:45 you mentioned how you need to get 2 emblems to get 6/6 emo, but that would've been a good time to mention headliners make it so you would only really need 1 emblem if you used an Emo headliner!

I feel frustrated with headliner mechanic. I sold my cheap headliner at the recommended level and tried to find my 3 or 4 cost carry headline. I rerolled so hard yet It just refused to show up. I tried scouting to make sure there weren't opponents with the same comp, but the problem still existed.

What is the reason behind not selling the headliner vex to pick up the headliner Amumu to get the 3-Star Amumu?
Vex is his main dmg carry with a team focused on Emo and Executioner.
If it was Emo and Guardian then yeah definitely sell vex for Amumu.

Ok so something I am confused about when talking about positioning. Looking at the aesthetics to determine position is a little weird. I don't play League, so umumu didnt look like a tank to me. Looks like a fragile little creature so my instinct is back row. Or I see a character with not a lot of armor but has daggers. So...front or back? And what are the benefits and drawbacks of front row and back row?
if you click on the champ it will show the info and the best positioning either it will say front or back and it will even say its attack range (1 hex, 4 hex)

Just started playing. Opponent got full item in all 9 champions while in my team. Only 4 got full item. Wtf was that? I got 80 hp while he got 5 hp. How did that happened?

I have never enjoyed the chosen RNGness. This set so far has been a disappointment for me, too much RNG.
Its not possible genuinely i follow guides look at goot setups how to place best items and i loose every game its not humanly possible to win it starting out people that know the game will always win and trying to get better and improve just dosent work at all this dosent help improve my chance at my first win at all -_-

I've been learning tft and it's been rough. I struggled with item builds and knowing what builds into what but you taught me that I can just right click the component and see LOL thank you so much! Going to refer to this guide every frequently until I get better thank you!

You probably know by now but if you have one, one will only appear every 4 resets(i think). But if you dont.have one every shop reset will have a Headliner

It felt like forever. it felt like high school all over again. and I dont wanna skip on the set notes. god daamn. could you make a separate vid for those who are absolutely noobs and those who are just there for the set.
