@@TSGReelService Hi, since i opened the rotor, a nice surprise came into light, the anti reverse system has been massively improved, firstly they added to the new 10500 a second dog ratchet so now there are two of them, both functional and functioning and the second improvement is that there seem to be more teeth in the rotor and there aren't any missing teeth anymore around the whole interior of the rotor.
Don't know about the smaller models but the Fin Nor Offshore 10500 has been substantially improved.
Another small improvement this time, is that for the same part there aren't any different screws anymore.
I wrote to Alan Hawk who complained about that "missing teeth at nine o'clock" in the rotor and also claimed that the anti reverse systems of the Saltiga and Stella would be superior due to the weaker ratchet system of the offshore, which additionally would wear out with the time but now with two ratchets they are stronger and don't wear as much, are they..?
Hawk also claimed that the drag systems of Saltiga, Stella and Makaira would be superior to the offshore, thus only those would be appropriate for pelagic fishing but again interestingly enough, i saw a pull test in a polish yt video with a scale in kg, the offshore pulled 47kg which is over 100lbs and that was the older version of the reel..!
So not all what Alan Hawk writes is true, a pinch of salt is neded there too..!
I wote to him about and even linked the video in question but he kept his finger crossed so he didn't "manage" to write to me back to contradict or bring any counter arguments whatsoever...
Not even the fact that i wrote to him that Hawk devolved into a sparrow and now we don't only have Jack Sparrow but we also have Alan Sparrow moved him to answer. He seem to be sold to Saltiga, Makaira and Stella but the question is, is he also brought by Daiwa, Okuma and Shimano..?

Hi, I would love to hear your professional opinion if possible. I have a Pinor 9500 and the screw of the belt does not open. I tried to lubricate the screw, but I could not open it (MINUTE 12:55). The bearing is stuck and does not turn and I need to get to it, do you have any idea? Thanks in advance

    • @TSGReelService

Thanks for watching. I think these only have bushings (no bearings), so if it's frozen, it's probably just at the ends of the line roller. Try leaving the screw alone and using a toothbrush and oil to gently remove the buildup.... you can also try gently working the line roller back and forth on an arc (in the directions the line feeds off and onto the spool) with needle nose pliers (you have to be really careful here).

Hi, I have a FINNOR 9500 reel, the thread does not work evenly when up in the bottom a lot of thread and down a little relatively. Is it possible to add a washer to create a balance and if not do you have a solution for it ? Thanks in advance master

@@TSGReelService As far as i understand he gets unevenly line on the spool so he would like to know if is possible to add any washer so the line would come evenly on the spool. But most probably the issue is solved already.
