Happy Mother’s Day from America! I love your videos! Well today was that day, the day I got the answer I have been searching for. I now know why my life feels Chaotic! I lack a meaningful routine. I have to stay home with my disabled husband, and I’m on his routine, and one week he will stay up all night, the next he wakes up at 6am so I don’t have a fixed routine. I’m going to put us on a good steady routine. Thank you! Honestly you have helped me get my life back. I just couldn’t get anything done, Now I have the answer!
