That's actually a loon call, which is very eerie when you hear it live, and it's Y2K's signature in all his productions. Kind of interesting that this track may have gotten as far as Y2K working on it before they discarded it, but it has happened with other tracks before, I think. Perhaps some riffs will get recycled for the fabled Album 5...

Need help on learning this, he doesnt play all of the second riff on one guitar right the bass chords are looped and the melodie is extra.. otherwise i cant explain what his fingers would do haha anyone play this yet and can maybe send a tutorial how you play it be ear not too easy to get down for me haha
