Yh sure, if u gained admission and you’ve been given a hall, go there and find out first before. If it’s full then you search for an accommodation outside campus
And sometimes too it depends on where u are going. If u are going to a hall , then definitely it’s either of those I mentioned but if it’s a hostel it could also be 1 in a room depending on your pockets yh

In UEW it’s not like that, u pay for the academic year . So if u want to change after the year, you’re allowed to do so
