Do we have part 3 as well, as we can't see it on TH-cam

Can we by default use all the products that are deployed on virtual machines under sub capacity and save on costs or is it so that being customer we should have had an initial agreement with IBM as what all products from our entitlements we can use under Sub Capacity? Which one is true?
