I don’t think it’s a coincidence we get so many nice homes around Riverwood and Whiterun. These places are often frequented as they are central in the map and have a lot going on with the main story. AND the places are both beautiful. Just like this addition to Riverwood. Seeing them manage to fit this in right next to town as well as make it look nice is awesome.
Completely agree! And at 10,000 septims, it's still fairly financially accessible. I have another couple of Riverwood showcases coming up in the near future too. Viewers will have some tough decisions to make.
Yes, there are so many great housing mods in that space between Riverwood and Whiterun. It’s hard to choose which one to use. I’m using JK’s Riverfall Cottage, but I wish I had room for some of the others here.

As it is, in 99% of my playthroughs, I'm either solo or maybe having 3 or 4 at most. But I'm playing as an Orc at the moment and have downloaded a few Orc followers. Problem is, I've just got to find out where they are. I'll have to look at their mod pages ;-))...
There are a few house mods that have a lot of beds, like Luxury Suite and Follower’s Quarters. Traveller’s Inn can sleep around 40 or so. But 100? That’s insane! I do prefer house mods that create more interesting bedrooms for followers rather than massive follower barracks, but those kinds of mods are hard to find and require a ton of work, and mods that do have more personal quarters usually also include NPCs to use those bedrooms.
You'd like Havran Castle or Mortum Castle. Havran Castle gives you a boat, a village with room for 23 followers (some have houses to themselves, and the player gets a castle home. Mortum Castle has something like 67 NPC's, and you can adopt there too. And all of the NPC's have really fancy attire and their own rooms. I made videos on both, if you're interested.
Yeah, when Havran Castle came out, I was really interested! I do like homes in cities, though, and I love house mods that have beautiful interior aesthetics. I use Nether's Followers Framework, and I love setting inns and taverns as places for my followers to socialize in. Still, with its different homes for followers, Havran Castle is really cool and avoids those massive barracks that some housing mods include.
@EverydayMick There is also a mod that makes themed rooms within the Legacy of the Dragonborn Safehouse for Lucien, Indigo, Hoth, and a few of the more prominent followers. Considering that's in Solitude, the museum is very aesthetically pleasing, and the functionality of the safehouse, I think you'd probably like that one.

Wow.... I want to travel here IRL on vacation. The perfect mountain/river lodge. I can imagine sitting my character down at the firepit with my followers and telling stories of our adventures to each other. ☺ My computer could never handle 100 followers, though! Maybe one day 👍
That fire pit setup was legit! And it's covered, so if it rained, the party doesn't stop. 😆 I feel you with the 100 followers. I just disabled a bunch of my mods on a new Vortex profile(since I am mainly just playing for showcases right now), and my game thanked me with better performance. 😆 I wish the 4090 was $194 instead of $1940. If it loses a zero, I'm buying it!
The mod author packed it with features and organized it in a way that it was easy to navigate, too. That's an underrated quality of house mods. Glad you enjoyed it!
I had lonewolf before and my kids kept going out and getting into the river lol. They would float all the way down to the waterfall and get hung up and stuck in the fish hatchery, it was too funny but i had to end the madness
Fantastic home. I use it frequently. I wish Lonewolf would add one book case for display, like in the white run manor mod. The add-on for 88 more followers has sandbox problems, but only sometimes. Haven’t figured that out yet. Great player home.

@jimg8005 Solar also has a mod for adding any crafting station wherever, too. I did a video on that mod. Works like a charm. Good luck on figuring it out! It's definitely an awesome place to call home!
It requires the free Anniversary Edition upgrade, so maybe, but I didn't test it to see if it works, and I can't find anything about it on the mod page, the posts section of the mod page, or the extras mod that can accompany it, so not sure!
If you like this house you will LOVE Leveler's Tower. To this day no home has come even close to that mod even the Dragonborn Museum while close isn't as good or functional.
Leveler's Tower used to be a constant in my load order, so I could use the rich vendors and use the potions that increased your enchanting, smithing, and alchemy skills! The farm is handy and the chests with every enchantment in them were great, too, and it offered some free artifacts to add to the LOTD museum. I also liked going downstairs to where they had all of the jewels in that bar, so I could use it with Ordinator to make stronger enchanted items. I still prefer the LOTD Museum and Safehouse, just because it's more believable (like no level up buttons) and I like how all of the crafting you'd ever need is in that one room (and the auto-sell chest is a timesaver, too), but Leveler's Tower certainly has a lot of cool features, kind of like Sjel Blad Castle offers unique features, and it's super convenient, being right beside Helgen! :)
@@SkyrimPlus The best part that I constantly used was the arena. I probably killed more vampires and Thalmor in the arena than in the actual game itself. :)
You would also like Sjel Blad's arena (which let's you keep the gear and gain credits to an area that lets you buy level ups with arena coins) and Bluff Home's arena, too! And Bluff Home also has over 200 soils and is connected to Swindler's Den, for a nice spin on traditional house settings. 😆
What i now for now and using it its a updated Amazing Follower Tweaks what allows 60 follower slots and be on journey with 6 or 7 at once. I used max 3 followers at once cause there is a little problem to entering and leaving some houses and dungeons so some followers just stay inside and you have to get ready your weapon all the time to spawn them again behind you.
You could also use the mod "Get Out Of My Way", and you can push a button to push followers (or anyone) down and out of the way. And it isn't a crime either, so you could even do it to a guard or Jarl. Pretty solid mod!

I've never used Nolvus or a mod list. In the version I use, you activate the for sale sign, and then you're good to go. Not sure why it's doing that for you.

The interior doesn’t meet up to the expectations of its exterior. It’s a bit over kill. The layout and interior needs to give you that homely feel on entering it feels empty and soulless. Now if you completely re model the exteroir into a more grand affair like a Deus Mons it’s perfect. Places that live up to their expectations would be Nevah’s Keep, Modders manor Mona Alta, Maple manor, Laboratorium. even the mod Clockwork. These set the bar high for superb modded homes. Lone wolf’s Manor is superb but it’s everything thrown in with out any personality. Lots of design choices just don’t fit in right. That being said I really like but I don’t love it
Maybe the owner is trying to conceal the contents within. Just imagine if the empire knew about the wealth and resources that home contained... 😆 All kidding aside, I see what you're saying and understand that sentiment, but I still enjoy it for what it offers and its convenient location.

It does! I was referring to housing mods that accommodate all 100. I know this one does. I was thinking Sjel Blad or Raven Castle might, although those beds might be owned. Havran Castle had a village for 23 followers. But it's nice they could all be under one roof, as long as your computer had the horse power to handle it. Not sure mine would, but it's still a neat concept.
Pretty cool, right?! That storage room is something else, and it has a TON of features. You should see the one I am working on right now (that's not out yet)... It's one of the coolest homes I've ever seen, although I think this one will also be PC only, due to all of the custom assets.
@SkyrimPlus I am trying to find a home that has a display room like Cliffside Cottage, but with more creativity involved. It has displays for all the dragon priest masks, necklaces of the 9 divines, elder scrolls, Daedric shrine rewards etc. I'm trying to find one for xbox.

Animated Wings Ultimate! I can't recommend it highly enough! To fly, SKSE is required, so the flying only works for PC, although Xbox users can still use the mod to wear wings out and about. I will be featuring that mod on this Saturday's showcase!

What's the mod for the dragon wings??
Animated Wings Ultimate! I can't recommend it highly enough! To fly, SKSE is required, so the flying only works for PC, although Xbox users can still use the mod to wear wings out and about. I will be featuring that mod on this Saturday's showcase!
