I just saw her Tonight Show appearance where she and Jimmy do the silly dance thing... I didn't realize she could be so goofy and fun. The only things I'd ever seen her in were The Hunger Games and Passengers, and there wasn't a lot of goofy fun in THG....

William Wells I’m an actress, and I can honestly say this is so true. After I had performed in a play I never would want to watch a video of the play back. I think it’s because I was so self critical and after being praised for a performance I didn’t want to go back and watch only to feel horrified. The first film I ever did I didn’t end up watching until around 2 years later. I just couldn’t bring myself to watch myself haha

At the 2:16 mark: "I don't pay swear jars. [Eff] that!"
Swear jars were unfamiliar to me for most of my life. So it is worth an explanation. A leadership figure will place a clean jar at a work site or play site. When an adult participant swears, the participant is asked to put a fixed amount of money in the jar (for example, 25 cents or a dollar). The collected money is donated to a charity.
It is a voluntary practice on an honor system. If the person is not carrying money. the person puts the money in the jar on the next visit. It is a way to apologize to the group for swearing -- an act of penance.

You can see UK actors/actresses struggle with it sometimes because they are used to the way it's done over here. There have been a few exceptions over the years though, Craig Ferguson being one that stands out as someone who threw out the rule book but then he's not really American.

it made my heart so happy when she was talking about ballet and how ballerinas are true athletes! I do ballet and it is truly a very physically and mentally demanding skill and i just love that she respects that! i love Jennifer she is the best!

I honestly could never do ballet, the years training and hard work and pain!! I could never!! It's such a beautiful art work that takes years to master!!

This was probably one of the best interviews that I have ever seen.
And I used to stay up past bedtime (70's) to watch Carson on the tonight show.

I love how she still talks about the friendships she made on Hunger Games set even after 3 years, a bond like theres is on that can never be broken. Not only that but Jennifer is such a down to earth person and she's so relatable. Both of these - a force to be reckoned with.
