Listen guys if you’re in a happy relationship you don’t have to post every second of it online. Couples who do that always have something going on in the background
Yeah I'm so happy in my relationship people on the internet don't even know I got a relationship oops I guess you know now
FACTS 💯
Exactly. People who need to try and prove they're happy you can just tell they are unhappy.
Agree.
I like to see my friends’ happy posts. This comment makes it sound like you are jealous of people who are happy. Just saying.
Thats why I'll never envy anyone online as it's just a highlight reel. Nothing is as it seems, behind closed doors things are scary and brultal for some...
Truth!
I'm jealous when someone i follow posts delicious looking food they will now eat (I'm a foodie xD) but all the "perfect couple"-stuff is as fake as all those family-tuber are. (it's different if people i actually know post something sometimes but all the influencer couples... nope, not trusting that, so no envy there)
i go a step further and im just never on any social media lol. too much life to live to be sitting around watching other people show off. when i go on vacations i dont even post all the cool shit im doing. i dont need peoples approval or the dopamine from that. im also 43 so i existed before the internet. i know its harder for young folks who dont know the world without smart phones etc
@@lowlowseesee Get what you are saying. Internet existed a long time before your age. When windows 1995 came out user friendly, we purchased our first computer a little before your birthday. Choosing an older partner doesn't always guarantee maturity. This is a very sad story.
It is. Unfortunately a lot of young women are led to believe that men older than them are ideal partners. Girls, if a 30 year-old man wants to date you when you’re 18, run the other way.
I thought this in my younger years. Boy he was so immature and so stupid. He still wanted 2 b young. Just when I was maturing
we seek partners who are on the same emotional level as ourselves. a much older partner doesn't mean they're mature, it just means that people their own age aren't interested in them for whatever reason and they have to date younger.

When people are unhappy, they tend to overcompensate by seeking validation online, which is a reflection of human psychology. In the past, before the internet, people used to brag, throw parties, and create hype in social circles for the same reason. A content mind doesn't require validation from others.
My ex asked me once if it bothers me that my current hubby doesn't post about us online often. He posts the important things & celebrations and his photography of us and that's all I need. I don't need him shoving my face & relationship down people's throats via social media. In fact, I prefer it. We don't need to prove anything, to anyone 🤷♀️
A friend asked me why I never commented on my husband’s posts. I replied because I live with him and don’t feel the need to run to socials to put my responses to him! 😊
You and your husband are sensible people and are not getting sucked into the “post everything about us online!” mindset.

Hey Houstonian here, born and raised since 92. Long time viewer, enjoy the stories while I be at work. Keep up the good work!
Husband is 100% guilty. I live in a small town outside of Houston and am well aware of the increasing crime in the city.
My brother was murdered there. 😢
As a Houstonian, crime is very low. The "increase" is a very condensed area such as 3rd ward. Greater heights, independence heights, Montrose, east downtown are all thriving.
Yea I moved out here after I got out of the military because of a job offer. Houston is beautiful but I’d stay out of the city. I live in Katy and only work in the city and I see some of the craziest shit
@@jackswanson1943I’m also a Houstonian and no bruh crime is bad
@@jackswanson1943I’m also from Houston, shootings, rapes, murders, assaults, are all common place all over the city. It isn’t confined to any specific area or neighborhood. Quit spewing nonsense, and vote red.
The fact that they met and married in just a year or so is a red flag.
Like that's too fast I think to start tying the knot.
It isn't too fast when you know it's the person you want to be with. My husband and I knew right away and have been married for 10 years.
Also a red flag is he was a customer of Twin Peaks.
Usually only douche bags go there.
@@melindaroop1346It’s fast.
I got married after 6 months of meeting my husband and everything worked out. Marriage’s not easy but we managed to make it work. 24 years and counting!
Ita considered fast now. That used to be the norm. Plenty of 60 year marriages started with less than a year of dating.
Hello from Bosnia. This case reminds me of case that happened recently here in my country. Him being fitness instructor, popular, and killing his wife and mother of his daughter while recording it live on Instagram, and after that when finally caught up by police, he killed himself. This shook us all. It's very sad when you think you don't have no one to turn to as you feel no one will understand you and you feel shame of the situation you ended up in .... And those "men" are the biggest cowards you have ever seen.
I’ve personally seen a similar story to this… young ladies, please stay away from insecure old men, regardless of the money, you are only an extension of their very fragile ego and any attempt to remove yourself from this situation usually ends up badly. The fact that this old man was a body builder and probably on juice, makes it even more terrifying, as he could easily break her in half. My sincere condolences to this broken family ❤️🌻🦋
He wasn't an 'old man'. He was middle age.
I love how you’re always so respectful of the victim, Adrian
He really is. He definitely acknowledges the pain and tragedy of it all.
*Adrian
Yeah, I like his compassion.
holy crap! you and mike are both closing in on 2 million!!!!
My money is on Mike ❤
Who's Mike? Another True Crime channel I can watch?
@@jamiewilson9262ThatChapter! One of the best.
@@jamiewilson9262That Chapter. VASTLY better
@@jamiewilson9262 Mike from ThatChapter. Another great channel for sure!
Dude your growth has been amazing to watch. So happy for your success, you deserve every bit of it. Cheers Mate.
I almost lost my sister to a controlling, rage monkey so-called bodybuilder, so this case hits home.
I’m so sorry for your loss ❤
I really don't like when people post on social media about every single thing they do every day. It's ridiculous. It's not safe. Why expose your life to others?
Will you do a countdown for 2M Adrian 🎉 Congratulations already 🎉
One TC channel is hosting a live Q&A to boost his audience over the 2M mark.
classic case of " if i cant have you no one can" feel sorry for the family
Just FYI the graph that was put up regarding the high murder rate in Houston, actually details the murder rates of Austin
This is my first time watching early enough to caffeinate while we investigate
Story was in Houston but you showed the crime rate statistic chart for Austin. I’m in Austin. It sux too.
Listening to this picked at the scab on my PTSD. Having been on the receiving end of Roid Rage, there are so many parallels, only I'm still alive. Not implying he was on Steroids, but you don't get that big without them. Rest in peace Alexis.
Ah, love being coffeehouse blessed in the morning ˁ῁̬ˀ
It's always a pleasure to see you've posted another crazy video, Adrian! I LOVE the little *ding, ding* at the beginning! Something about that brings me joy! 🥰
It really feels like a "if I cant have you no one can" situation
Ahhhh!! 15mins! I can't believe it! This is currently my fave true crime channel ❤Thank u for always speaking about the victims in great detail & w/ nothing but respect. Thank u also for covering Canadian cases that rarely r spoken of outside the country 🙏🏼
All abusers are cowards!
His poor daughter… Committing suicide in her home and room is another despicable thing the man did before he left. He obviously only cared about himself!
Not sure what sources you're using, but Feb 6 was not her birthdate!
It's Jan 25, 1994.
Besides that, what a horrible case. I hope Tom felt absolutely horrific about it at the end.
Hey Coffeehouse: Might wanna make an edit for the graph posted just passed 3:55. You displayed the Austin homicide rates instead of Houston's.
That said - another solid video. Keep up the good work.
We got the message its fine
Even if they are older.. we arent even safe.. remember this ladies.. 😢
Single is safer.
Facts!
Another well told real life story. You do your channel justice, thank you for not talking in a low monotone voice, or try to make the story more dramatic than it needs to be. Keep up the great videos
He definitely unalived her! Greetings from Panama!🇵🇦
WOW ADRIAN!!
You are almost at 2M subscribers!!
Not almost , but already two millions people like me, listening to you each week.
Believing in you , your great sens of research and you have your cofee company!!
ADRIAN, you are brillant, exceptional and i am proud of you and your achievements!
BRAVO! im listening from Québec City.
I love your accent ❤
"Insecure and jealous husband kills wife and himself". The story is always the same, only the people in it change.
The husband did it imo. It's always difficult to attempt to escape an abusive/controlling relationship (male or female). Houston is my hometown - it can get pretty crazy there. Thank you for covering this case. Stay safe, everyone!
And how do you know he did it? You're the sort of people who spread rumour about others and ruin lives.
@gijane2cantwaittoseeyou203 "imo" means "in my opinion". I'm entitled to "my opinion" just as much as you and everyone else is.
Thank you as always Adrian for such a respectful and simple to follow narration ❤ We appreciate all your hard work! X
Seems like an unusual number of so called influencers end up in cases that end up on true crime shows.
I've known Lexi since we were 6 years old, me and my brother and her sister tobi and her cousins the blicks and the vanhoutens and our other family friends the ordiways. We all went to church in Russell Pa called praise Fellowship since youngsville and kiantone are close about the same distance for us all to attend church about 30 min drive. This was so traumatic for all of us and we miss her dearly. We all thought Tom was responsible long before everything came out and mind you it took over a few years to get it resolved but we knew in our hearts🥺 Nothing he told Stacy or Mike made any sense and then would tell her gfs in houston something else. Mind you, None of us met Tom before they moved to Houston and this was a huge red flag. But we trusted lex to be a good judge of people but what we heard about him and then when she informed us all of the age gap, it made us very wary and uncomfortable and we didn't trust him.All his mannerisms just rubbed us the wrong way. We all grew up together and he wouldn't let her visit us and showed no interest in knowing us and was so jealous and controlling mind you all us boys treated her like a sister and vice versa. She didn't deserve anything that happened to her and the fact he left her naked on the side of the road is heartbreaking because yes she was a influencer or whatever that means but she was always shy and modest about her body especially since we all grew up in a very tight knit christian community and families. I miss her so much😢 She really was our angel
I love it when TH-camrs have a little bar at the bottom showing how long the sponsored ad will be.❤ It shows care for the listeners.
since when do cops look for a missing adult in 24hrs?
Since ages and ages ago? You’re encouraged to report someone missing as soon as you can. That’s… pretty common knowledge I thought?
@@Spooky_Platypus wrong! do your research, cops will tell you 48hrs before they consider an adult missing... kids are a priority!
@@Spooky_PlatypusReporting a missing person and cops looking for that person are two different things, keep up ...
the same happened to me i was 16 and my ex was 38 years of age, he was much older but i thought he was mature and smart but i was wrong, when i was 18 we got married and left my mums home and just after 3 months and pregnant he started treating me like a slave, he tied me up abused me deleted my socials and git rid of all my friends by telling them that i was busy, he later caged me for 8 years in his basement and rap3d me everyday with his drunk friends, but when i became 27 he got bored of me because i put on weight and divorced me and left me and my kids in the streets to fend for ourselves, now am 30 and still recovering i work 3 jobs for my daughter and live in a shelter but will never get justice, Ps. am a indian girl and my ex husband is a white American conservative man from Huston Texas.
Greetings from the U.S. Absolutely love your content. I recommend your channel to anyone interested in true crime. He killed her. It's sad to see cases like this. It seems to be becoming more frequent everywhere. Thanks for another awesome video.
These influencer couples always seem to have “issues”
Same with family channels! I only know of one halfway decent family channels
His poor daughter having to hear the gunshot
We had a few parallels. Born the same year, finished uni the same year, houston residents. This is a very sad story. I don’t blame her at all. I’m just glad I chose self reliance although it’s been so very hard.
All right! Just when I'm about to sleep tonight!
Thanks very much for always keeping us hooked, Adrian!
Much love from the 🇵🇭 ❤
Commenting from NYC! I always watch the following morning when I have my morning coffee. Uploads are usually at 11 a.m. here when I'm done, so I usually wait but today I hadn't finished it yet. Keep it up, Adrian!
