I thought Arabic Qahwa was supposed to be made from Green Coffee (unroasted coffee beans) and cardamom. Roasting the coffee changes the flavor profile and color of the beverage. I'm curious if Qahwa is made in multiple ways or if there is one preferred way of making it.
The part from (0:14 - 0:40) cut from an old video under the title "#QTip: How to make Arabic coffee (gahwa) the traditional Qatari way!" th-cam.com/video/dDypjDx3pVs/w-d-xo.html
First part preparation roasting and grinding from qatar coffee preparation in another channel copied 😜😜😜 Any how ginger powder also needed Grinded Coffee powder+ Ginger powder and little cloves powder, cardamom, a pinch of saffron and make to boil for 20minutes and let all the ingredients set to bottom and pour the water to a qahwa cup and drink this is traditional way...

No, most Gulf Arabs like their coffee light roasted.
