The $50-$70 pricing *per return* is excessive, especially when there are so many cheaper options available. I think that's one of the main reasons why ProConnect isn't used much. Intuit tends to be overpriced in general, and that's one of the reasons their products seem to be in decline.

A big gap for us - nothing is stated about how the firm gets paid by the client. We do NOT want to file returns until we are paid. Are there billing options by the time it takes? Only form based billing? No billing features for our firm and we will have to manually create invoices?
