Up untilI was five I thought the name of my town and state were interchangable exactly like Charlie does. It blew my mind that when we went on a vacation to Wyoming that we would not be in our town OR state. Made no sense at all to me.😂

It took me some time but I think I figured it out.
Charlie is not only illiterate, he has no understanding of geography or scale. He seems to think that "Philadelphia Pennsylvania" is like the Full Legal Name of Philadelphia. If that is the case, Pittsburgh is just on the other side of "Town" not "State".
