The 2018 Haas car was actually not bad, it was a lot of bad luck that never let it get anywhere, had those tires been put on properly I think Mag could have pulled off P4 or 5 in that race, the car was actually somewhat competitive at that time, then 2019 came and the Haas cars have been falling down the mountain...

I, a dane, was sitting in a huge theater early in the morning watching it with many other enthusiastic f1 fans from Denmark. The theater was completely full, cheering when K-Mag overtook Verstappen and held him at bay. The moment we sam him and Grosjean slow down, everyone just turned their heads down in disappointment .... The whole vibe in that theater was just breathtaking

Winning a race by pitting under a VSC is sketchy as fuck though.
Mirage how is it sketchy as fuck? Also he held Hamilton behind him for 30 laps. Hamilton tried to attack once but fucked up because he was too eager to try and get ahead. There has been multiple races throughout the years where various racers have gained 1st due to crashes. Safety cars etc. Its racing and it happens. In the end of the day. A win is a win.
Ever since 2017 overtaking has been shit, think it went from 800 overtakes in 2016 to 400 overtakes in 2017 season due to changes and increase in car width. Magnussen and Alonso holding Verstappen behind, Bottas being stuck in midfield is mainly due to that. Gaining an advantage through the put just sounds like a loophole in VSC rules and it really does nothing at all to make the sport more exciting.

Please show the tyres in race instead of manufacturer's logos on the left side panel. No tyre info in race and qualifying at all. And where is the rev meter???
rev counter is kind of useless, but given the fact that they're showing steering angle graphics the rev counter atleast as a bar, should be shown. but yeah i totally agree that tyre choises should be shown too, because it makes it easier to understand the pace of a particular car. like during practice, if two cars make the same lap time, but the other one used softer tyres, it makes it easier to see that the other car still has more pace in store.

Not sure it was luck... they seem to have exitted with entirely preventable failures. But yes, the good news is that they were very competitive before that. I expect they will have a very solid first half of the year (not sure if they get engine upgrades through the summer as the works team will).
Haas have serious potential and it shows you how good Magnussen actually is as a driver that he could hold off the red bulls with an arguably worse car (edit: wrong spelling)

HP will always win out on tracks like Melbourne with Hass having the same ferrari engine the the main team has it's just a shame that they had problems with the airguns and I didn't see any great improvement with the red bulls still too slow

Danny Boyd Vettel also drove great. He made no mistake even under the DRS pressure from Hamilton (Hamilton made a mistake there by breaking too late). It is not easy to drive under pressure when you know that the man behind is sitting in a faster car. But Vettel drove superb and made no mistake. So he kind of deserved to win it though. As i said before. Hamilton is the fastest driver on the grid. But Vettel is the best in-race driver
