I am still sad that WG changed the way the XP-record display works. I preferred when only the baseXP was used and shown for calculation (instead of the blown-up premiumXP numbers)
Wait what, the XP-record display takes into account the premium XP if someone uses a premium account? What the hell is this?!

So if someone has a record of 3200 XP with premium (2133 baseXP) and he achieved 2400 baseXP without a premium (3600), then it wouldn't be a new record? How dumb

Funny coincidence that only a few days ago, Circon also beat his very old exp record twice with the Churchill III, getting 2.6k and 2.8k base exp.

Churchill III has a broken exp calculation. But since WG doesnt nerf prem tanks it's still there so no comparison to this Lansen game.
My highest XP is 2600 in an E-50 when the highest mediums were T9, on El Halluf before it got changed. I managed to get into a sneaky spot and shoot all the T10 heavies in the back as they brawled in the Northern corner.
Watching this game I realised the team did 80% of the work due to them actually shooting and hitting(mainly shooting) at the tanks you spot and not remaining useless at the back. Great support from your team 👍🏿👍🏿
50 / 50 at the very least. They wouldn't have done any of that shooting and hitting if QB hadn't been lighting up the targets. Finding the enemy (without getting spotted & killed) is harder than shooting them.
After all the wild new OP tanks i still enjoy the Lansen quite a bit and it's generally my go to.

The gem in this video was the tip about spotting already spotted enemys for more XP.
That's one of the best tips I got from him years ago as he talked about it on his streams a lot. I was struggling through the Grille 15 line as I wanted that tank, but wasn't very good at sitting in a bush sniping type tanks that lead up to the the Grille. Even on wins and decent damage I was only getting like 600 XP per battle. Just a pain. Once I heard him say that. I went back to playing those TD's and did that tip as many times as I could before I fired my shots. My XP per game sky rocketed and I smashed through that line so much quicker. It's a great tip and 100% worth practicing at doing it.

The Lansen is one of my favourite T8s atm... along with the Su-130PM and Skorpion G

Record is 2973 in the M10RBFM. It also holds my highest Win ratio of 54,78%, while the Lansen holds the highest mean XP with 790.
I´ve got 3231 exp in WZ-111 record and even without any gold ammo. Still proud of that game because that tank was never rly good and it was my first ever premium tank I got. I think it was some kind of missions every day to get it or something like that before marathons
They had a mini marathon because its not very popular and basically handed them out

@@obinator9065 in the records its not but if you want to know the base XP then you can divide it by 1,5 and you get 2154 base.

Recently i got Lancen, Borat and Lancen nearly at the same time. And I'm liking the Lancen the most.
I love how the e25 on your team is being out spotted by you then dies early.
Got mine from Black Market a few years ago. It's my first premium tank at that time. I got lucky cuz I just returned from 7-8 years of not playing the game and WeeGee gave me 14 day prem time and rental for Skorp G and Carnarvon AX.

To get this kind of a result, not only do you need to play in the correct way, but your teammates and opponents need to suck enough but not too much.
Still wonder to this day how a 1700 exp game in my tier 7 isn’t an ace

I got 3,806xp in my Tiger II as my record holder. I think I got it in a t10 match on Himmelsdorf. Was effectively sidescraping banana road. Did somewhere around 6-7k damage if I remember right.
3339 in a Lansen.... Deep congrats, my very first WoT teacher!!!
My highest xp game was ages ago, low tier scout (chaffee maybe?) vs tier 8-9 and everyone except me disconnected less than a minute into the game. I penned every shot point blank into rear armor, even got a couple fires, still not enough ammo to kill every enemy. At least I had the presence of mind to drive to their base early and kill the tanks still in cap circle so I could win by capping. If I had that game a couple days earlier I could have entered WG competition and won second place for light tanks. Which means some dude had even more xp, and in a normal game with no DC... Which is completely bonkers to me, hats off to that guy.
VK28.01 was legend. It was next to Leopard LT in tech tree, so we called it "толстопард" kind of "fatpard" or "chubbypard")))
Lansen is my favourite tank in the game! Have one equipment up for spotting and one for damage. My highest base XP is 1769 in SU-100M1...
I loved the SU-100M1 before the line got a rework. My only Kalibanov’s was in it. Of course all my happiest games were in it or the other TDs in that line… you know… because no depression.
Had to pause the video and grab my drum pad at 14:12 before playing it again. Well done QB!

I got a patrol duty in a t29 on prokhorovka earlier today in addition to a steel wall, high caliber, and confederate in the same game. I took your advice and use the 90mm instead of the 105mm and I think it's a far better gun
Finally 3 marked my T29 after 105 nerfs made me try the 90mm. Solid gun.

Lansen may not be that exciting but it's legit good.
I have my exp record in emil 1 in this very map in a tier 10 game. I use cvs over optics almost all the time to reduce moving camo of enemy tanks.
My record is 2600 with the Tortoise, managed to get behind the whole team on mines with my platoon mate on his WT. We had both 6 kills with around 7 k damage each, greatest game of my life
My highest is also a Lansen game. It's actually excellent

I got 3323 EXP my first year to my surprise in a Churchill 3. All the cards fell my way. On ENSK I drove to the center of town and spotted 9 of 15 within seconds. Killed 6 and then ended up capping solo with 6 left on their team which gave me a cheeky Kalabanov's Medal. All told there's my EXP.

My highest exp was 3707 in Churchill III, 2 days ago.
There’s a version of this tank on console with 450 Alpha shells, and it’s probably my favorite tank of all time
The Draugen is great but has the L7 gun
QB forgot the main reason why the VK was such a great tank- that was pre- nerfed HE shell mechanics, and you was doing, usually, at least 50% damage with HE shell just on the contact with an armor, without a penetration. You could kill, say, E-75 without penetrating it one, which is not possible after the HE "reworking"
My record is 2640 XP, made in what was back then KV-1S, and now is KV-85, in Ensk
My highest was on AMBT. It was 2744 (1830 base) exp, playing like half a sniper half a scout, with vents, commander vision & optics. It was last year in Malinovka I think? More of a scout if I remember it right.
I'd be happy to let you know my Highest XP game. I play on Asia servers, so playing against bots is pretty common but you can't play more than Tier 5 tanks normally. Thankfully I got a Tier 8 game and there were no bots there. I DESPERATELY wish I had a recording of this game as I was super proud of it. I am a fairly below average player so it's pretty rare to see me do well. But here are the stats: Tier 8 Medium American Tank, T26E4 Super Pershing, Standard Account Experience - 3929 Premium - 5895. Pools medal game with 1150 blocked and 4932 damage dealt. Felt good to be that dominant and actually be able to make full use of the spaced armour on the T26E4.
Edit: I have a screenshot, obviously, of that game at least.

My xp record I just beat. I got 7500 dmg and 8 kills in a TS5 on fishermans bay. 12/15 players on my team didnt even break 1k damage and the top 3 players on my team were me, 7.5k, then a skoda t56 with only 1.4k, then a black prince with only 1.3k. I managed to get 3302 xp which isnt far off of yours! and made a massive 302k profit
My XP record is aroun 2400 achieved with none other, then the 53TP. I dont even remember that battle honestly, but it was like 4-5 years ago, when I grinded that line

Current Account: Churchill III (4250 XP)
Old Account: Churchill III (4391 XP)
I like the Churchill III because of it's built in Base XP Bonus which no other tank gets

I still vividly remember my 3.8k EXP chaffee game at t10 and that I run out of ammo with many none pens due to being broke with no credits to spare on gold ammo :(
I had a 3k base xp match in my E25 on Malinovka. 0 shots fired… but no enemy light tanks either, and the enemy team didn’t get their own E25.
I’m an arty main… I spammed HEAT in my M44 pre-rework… nothing I ever did in Arty ever held a candle to the scum I felt whenever my Camonet/Binoc e25 managed to queue up a no light tank match on Malinovka or Prokhorovka.

nah quicky, you have to use optics, exhaust, CVS. gun rammer is poitless on these maps and you have to stay hidden for 10 sec any way.
Its kinda ridiculous that there is no medal for that.

My account record is 2517 base xp (3777 total xp) - received it in early Holiday Ops this year driving the BZ176. It is still the highest XP game shown on wot replays for tier 8 and above since then - would you be interested in a copy of the replay?
XP record for me was done in a Caernarvon with 2774. I can't recall the match but I'm a plays for free player so it would've been without firing gold or premium.

Another example of wargamings matchmaking humor. No scouts at the best scouting map, and the same moment the matchmaker puts 4 scouts on each team in the himmelsdorf map.

My best xp is 3408 with chaffee. I had 3523 dmg and 6 kills. It was when tier 5 was highest tier for lights. If i remember correctly i was playing against tier 8 tanks on original erlenberg.

My highest was in a borrassque on malinovka where i did 10k spotting + it was T10 mm
Lt-432 on Mountain Pass in a tier 10 MM. 3022 XP A completely stupid game against mostly heavies that decided to go to the middle of the map and let me spot them while the team behind me on the other side of the valley farmed them. Why nobody would charge into the valley to kill me or push me off. I have no idea. It was cheap and I feel dirty because I'm not that good at the game, but just one of those battles with one of those enemy teams that just wanted to die?
first of all Congrats, the Best one i got, was also in a light tanks, with the WZ-131, with crew at 65% and no perks ! It was back in the days on South Coast, so LT tiers 7 against T9, got 7 kills, 4k damage and some spoting for 3046 base XP.
I wish you all to have this kind of game at least once.

My highest XP is in the Lansen aswell. 3176, did 6k dmg 7 kills, 4 kills were against tier 10
It is so stupid that the premium account boost is included in ones highest exp...
As a free to play player i only have premium account maybe 10% or the time at most, thus my highest base exp ever with 2374 (3500ish with premium) is not listed, instead its only 3072 because that was played when i happened to have premium time...
