Honestly, I'd watch a full length doc like this. Really cool to see them experiment with other instruments and ways of using them. Loved to see them making noise and textures. I hope the next record will have this much depth and layers. I wonder if they made a similar documentary for Errorzone.
Man…..that violin guitar thing is really something, was that featured as a sound on the album or something? Or possibly a teaser for something else, and WHAT movie are they watching ?!?! I feel like it’s the exorcist
This abstract view of the band's inner workings is appropriate & on brand. If you wanna know more about the singer & his process, I'm sure there's interviews out there you could watch or read.
Where is this from? I see people saying the tour cassette tapes, are y’all talking about those little tapes? I thought they only hold audio or was it a bigger tape?
so when they went to promot this world is going to ruin you, they had tapes of the album on cassette. within the cases , there was a download code you type into a link they gave you , download the files, extract, and it was this.
I’m assuming you have the tour cassette, the discogs notes lists alternative versions of magazine beach and funeral sound in addition to this video. anyway you can rip those and post them up here?
