    DHA still blocking open certificate holders of DHA 6 for 20 years , no allotment so far , maybe grand kids will get something

    Dha phase 6, previously known as DHA phase 2 extention has yet not been even 30% delivered while its files dated back to 2005/2006, about 19 years ago, how DHA could launch a new phase? That time in 2005 those files were sold at 45 laks (1 usd then was equal to 55 pkr, that was around 81k usd) + development charges. Today B3 plot after around 19 years is going for 1.3 crore which is equal to about 46k USD, which is 50% loss, development charges still needs to be included. So in 19 years if a man would have kept 81k usd in a bank,with commulative interest of 4 to 5%, the amount could have turned more than 200k usd to 250k usd or equivalent to 5.5 crore to 6.0 crore (minimum).
    When DHA phase 2 ext was launched it was told similar fascinating stories like an American company has made all the planning with all modern facilities like Singaporean person has been shown in this video. Many especially overseas Pakistani bought those files from their hard earned money.

      @@naumanayub1348 Even it was sold in 30 lacs + 14.5 Lacs Devd (non-army) + 50k( membership charges) = 45 lacs 81k in 2005 /2006 could have turned to 200k+ with only 5% commutative interest, this is just approximate estimation, with calculator may have some tendency. For some funds those give 6 to 7% interest, this amount could be even more amount.

    Honestly, I don’t get why DHA went for that location when there are already so many societies around, like Faisal Town Phase 2, Capital Smart City, and Top City. Plus, it’s way out of the way from central Islamabad unless they actually build the Rawalpindi Ring Road-which, let’s be real, feels like a total pipe dream at this point. I remember first hearing about it back in the early 2000s when Sheikh Rashid was Railways Minister, and it still hasn’t happened.

    So many new project launch by DHA it's very bad from DHA

    Too much emphasis on DHA. Please focus on other societies like bahria town, naval anchorage, park view city as well. Hooe u r not a brand ambassador of DHA.

The management of DHA appears focused on maximizing profits without limits, which raises concerns about their intentions. It’s important to set boundaries when it comes to greed.     Why not address the existing issues with DHA Valley, DHA-4, and DHA-6 instead? Your approach gives the impression that you might be complicit in these questionable practices. I urge you to stop this misleading promotion.
