    'I think' can be overused and boring sometimes - improve your spoken English with these 10 more advanced alternative phrases for 'I think'.

    “I think” the problem here might not be “I think” but the repetition itself. We should avoid repeating exhaustingly any word or expression in any language whatsoever.

      The way i see it, "i think" is really the most common word everyone has to say and nothing cames to mind when we talk about its alternatives until atleast u watch the video.

      I suppose "I think" is not the most common repetition... how about "you know"? ... and in American English this would be "like":
      "he was like... and then I was like... and they were like..." 🤦🏻‍♀️

    In Brazil, i alredy visited alot there they have a strict rule of overused words, in portuguese known as Coesão.
    And i love to see your video because to much people didn't know hot to not repeat the same word!

    Hmm the alternate phrases wouldn’t work for my use of “I think.” I use it when I am unsure of my response. For instance if someone were to ask “what’s your favorite type of music?” I’d likely respond with “I think I’d have to say rock.” Another example: “what time is your cousins wedding next week?” “I think it starts at 3 PM.” This indicates the responder is unsure but also fairly confident, it depends on the tone used on “think” though. Occasionally I will substitute the word “think” with “believe” but think will always be my go-to since it’s a single syllable.

    I would much rather here peoole say "I think" than "I feel". When some says something similar to, "I feel like the person in the left lane should have gone first at the stop.", I often respond, "What did that feel like."
    Thank you for this demonstration as I don't want to be repetitive.
