    Had the bag for months and its a really useful bag. Minimal, waterproof, and the just right size for small/medium setups.

    I am using that bag for a couple of months now. The rubbery material made the bag a bit heavy at the same time it is oil and dirt magnet..imho, I wished they could have used a lighter fabric/material or nylon. I What really annoys me is the flap cover of the outer pocket. I mean it really interrupts you when u a reaching that outer pocket.
    9L would also be nice. 😊

    Every time I heard the reviewer say "xxx sent me this bag for review. However, everything I said is my own opinion", I can't help but think this review is biased. I mean, if you talk too "objectively", then next time companies won't send you products to review; after all, who wants to get their faces slapped for free, right? However, compared to the pros, the cons of a product are what drive consumers nuts.

    Used this for my travel….and while it feels super sturdy and high quality, I can’t say the same about comfort. Might be the material is just super thick that it adds the extra weight or something, but my shoulder hurt after long use.

  • @brotherfranciz
    @brotherfranciz 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    It's a great bag and I've decided to keep it, but the two issues with this bag for me are:
    1. The lack of a way to carry a tripod - perhaps some attachment points and straps on the bottom would work? (which could actually be handy to carry other things too, even if you aren't using it as a camera bag e.g. carry a jacket, yoga mat, umbrella, water bottle...)
    2. The clips for the shoulder strap. What were they thinking? There is nothing practical about it. My solution is to simply wrap some paracord rope through the clip holes so the clips can't be undone (I'm never going to unclip so no issues with tying both clips up permanently).

    I thought this would be way too big for my mirrorless needs. I got the smaller chest bag and it fits my camera and my largest lens just.....it's a bit tight. I am not sure if I will keep it or return and get the bigger one. I am worried this one is too big for everyday carry.

    Oh man I wish I like that bag more.
    I had trouble with the way it opened at the top just from one side. Never felt wide and open enough.
    And the material got so dirty looking so fast it just attracted oils and smudges.

    @tom_nuyts 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    thank you.. but: what I really don't like with the ulanzi bag - it is way to flimsy and weak, so I don't wanna put in my expensive photo gear... no effect against bumps etc. from the outside, e.g. when you are moving in a crowded place...and: the crappy plastic clips are not very robust... the main plus point for me would be the easy going design: never thought a bag could outclass the sleek Peak Design form...

    How this bag fails:
    - Tries to copy PD and Bellroy in looks but fails in functionality
    - Heavy material unlike Bellroy so it isn't able to tighten up for a thinner profile. Isn't able to mold around the body like Bellroy
    - It isn't rigid like PD so there is no benefit of the heavier material
    - A huge miss is the strap doesn't have quick shortening/lengthening mechanism. Unable to quickly keep tight on the body and also rapidly lengthen for access to gear
    - Putting the key loop on in the pocket next to the body? You will feel a lump against you all the time

    would you be able to put in that a7rv in flat- like bottom of the camera to the bottom of the bag? My set up is an a7iv with a cage and top handle, and i'd buy this in a heartbeat if I could plop it in without removing the top handle, even if its a bit of a horizontal squeeze. My main lens is the tamron 28-75 so similar size to your 24-70 and I'm not fussed about carrying another lens or a water bottle.

    I know that most manufacturers today just copy each other. It's simply sad. I really have a problem with this, I just won't buy this bag because it looks like Peak Design. I know it's funny from the perspective of many people.
    it's worth noting that while imitation is often seen as a form of flattery, it can also stifle innovation and creativity. When companies focus on copying successful designs, they may miss out on the opportunity to create something truly unique and groundbreaking. This can lead to a market saturated with similar products, reducing consumer choice and potentially hindering progress in design and technology.
