If you're reading this I hope that you have a beautiful and blessed day. I always walk 3 miles everyday and I've been doing so for the last month it's this challenge that I'm doing and always make sure to play this while I'm walking. I gotta say that not only is it extremely relaxing but it really helps me to sort out my thoughts and just focus on the positive vibes and energy of my walk and mother nature. FYI before people read this and get all worked up and remind me that you're only supposed to listen to this laying down or sitting up and meditating, I know but there's such a thing as walking meditation and that's exactly what I'm talking about here. I lost my father at age 12. My best friend passed away when we were 19. My mom died from cancer at 59. My ex girlfriend died from a brain tumor at 35 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 40 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.
My father died 6 months after I graduated from college on 12/25.He was 81 and had cancer that started and spread before it was found. My mother and I became closer as my older brother married and usually only came back with wife and kids once a year. But in 1995 she became very ill and I brought her home from a hospital on July 4th. two days later she died at home in her bed. With no one left (my brother and I never got along) I made plans to leave that city. While my health is generally better then average, I still have issues that go way back in time.
Yes I can relate to both of you my mom died when I was 11 my my dad died when I was 13 my aunt died when I was 12 and my sister died in 2020 so yes life gets tough but if you hang in there this is what I have now I’m married and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren and I also have 2 aunts left now so be thankful for whatever we have 🥰
This is so peaceful and relaxing so glad I came across this. I came here to help ease my fibromyalgia and maybe a little help with loss but I see so many other people in such worse scenarios it brought tears to my eyes so I'm sending out prayers to everyone that needs it so much more. I'm 34 years old and recently FINALLY met my soulmate only to be diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago. My Nana just passed away a few hours ago... she was quite literally my favorite person on earth besides my Mom. I'm losing it. I'm in a type of pain and devastation i didn't know existed. This randomly came up in my recommendations, and I decided to click on it. I had been meaning to start meditation for a long time now, but I did not make time for myself to actually do it. I have been a music lover since I was a child and it has been my go-to when I have needed to relax or fall asleep. This music is so soothing and calming, I could listen to this for the whole day. I was very uncomfortable in my own skin, not because of a dysfunctional home environment, but because I felt like I had a hole in my soul. My journey does not have to be your sons, but I turned to alcohol and became a very chronic alcoholic. I see that not to create fear for you, but to let you know that at 39 years old I am approaching 10 years sober and my life is absolutely amazing. Your son probably is a very confident and good person he just needs to believe in himself. My story is that I now I am going to become an LCSW and I work in the Recovery industry, helping young men going through what I went through. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I had a random wave of an anxious loop feeling as well as not feeling so grounded in my body. I left this on for half an hour I swear to god this works. I feel like some of those anxious spiral intrusive thoughts (conscious or unconscious maybe) have left and I feel more still with my surroundings. Thank you

Once my spiritual gifts were very strong; but one needs to be in prayer a lot for the gifts to be strong. I hit 84 and I seem to have gotten weaker. I used to dress in heels and dress and go dancing at a local bar. I have not done that for months and have gotten weaker. I would not be able to wear heels to dance. I really prefer ball room dancing but if I found such a place I would not be agile enough to do those dances. I believe if OTHER PEOPLE pray for your health healing it happens faster.
I have several health problems ... one of them is more complicated ... Last week I had a kidney stone, went to the express care and then ER, horrible pain and experience dealing with that. Passed it thankfully a few days ago. But right after I passed the stone, I began to have palpitations and then had to go back to the ER for what they say is internal hemorrhoids... Phones and your Smart Meters (beaters?) are suspects #2 and 1. Phones because they are so close to us for so long. Smart Beaters because they spew so far and so strong. Either one can keep a person awake at night. Together it's a recipe for sleepless nights.

I always walk 3 miles everyday and I've been doing so for the last month it's this challenge that I'm doing and always make sure to play this while I'm walking. I lost my father at age 12. My best friend passed away when we were 19. My mom died from cancer at 59. My ex girlfriend died from a brain tumor at 35 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 40 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.
My father died 6 months after I graduated from college on 12/25.He was 81 and had cancer that started and spread before it was found. My mother and I became closer as my older brother married and usually only came back with wife and kids once a year. But in 1995 she became very ill and I brought her home from a hospital on July 4th. two days later she died at home in her bed. With no one left (my brother and I never got along) I made plans to leave that city. While my health is generally better then average, I still have issues that go way back in time.

Yes I can relate to both of you my mom died when I was 11 my my dad died when I was 13 my aunt died when I was 12 and my sister died in 2020 so yes life gets tough but if you hang in there this is what I have now I’m married and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren and I also have 2 aunts left now so be thankful for whatever we have 🥰
This is so peaceful and relaxing so glad I came across this. I came here to help ease my fibromyalgia and maybe a little help with loss but I see so many other people in such worse scenarios it brought tears to my eyes so I'm sending out prayers to everyone that needs it so much more. I'm 34 years old and recently FINALLY met my soulmate only to be diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago. My Nana just passed away a few hours ago... she was quite literally my favorite person on earth besides my Mom. I'm losing it. I'm in a type of pain and devastation i didn't know existed. This randomly came up in my recommendations, and I decided to click on it. I had been meaning to start meditation for a long time now, but I did not make time for myself to actually do it. I will pray for you and your son. You are never alone. I was also a shy and sensitive teenager. I was very uncomfortable in my own skin, not because of a dysfunctional home environment, but because I felt like I had a hole in my soul. My journey does not have to be your sons, but I turned to alcohol and became a very chronic alcoholic. I see that not to create fear for you, but to let you know that at 39 years old I am approaching 10 years sober and my life is absolutely amazing. Your son probably is a very confident and good person he just needs to believe in himself. My story is that I now I am going to become an LCSW and I work in the Recovery industry, helping young men going through what I went through. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I had a random wave of an anxious loop feeling as well as not feeling so grounded in my body. I left this on for half an hour I swear to god this works. I feel like some of those anxious spiral intrusive thoughts (conscious or unconscious maybe) have left and I feel more still with my surroundings. Thank you

Once my spiritual gifts were very strong; but one needs to be in prayer a lot for the gifts to be strong. I hit 84 and I seem to have gotten weaker. I used to dress in heels and dress and go dancing at a local bar. I have not done that for months and have gotten weaker. I would not be able to wear heels to dance. I really prefer ball room dancing but if I found such a place I would not be agile enough to do those dances. I believe if OTHER PEOPLE pray for your health healing it happens faster.
I have several health problems ... one of them is more complicated ... And I have depression too and sometimes anxiety... in my job, nobody knows about my health problems, otherwise nobody would give me a job. It is a lot of work and I have complicated colleagues. My biggest dream is to be able to heal myself with everything I have done to help my body and help people in the future. Please help me, pray for me 🙏🏼💛

Last week I had a kidney stone, went to the express care and then ER, horrible pain and experience dealing with that. Passed it thankfully a few days ago. But right after I passed the stone, I began to have palpitations and then had to go back to the ER for what they say is internal hemorrhoids... Really feeling down and out having to deal with all these things back to back, and still with the palpitations and other thing. I am hoping that coming across this video and listening to it will help!! It feels like it might. Felt a calming feeling shortly after putting it on..
