People love a good apt tour! I did one a year ago, but now our apartment is furnished and complete, so this is a final tour of our place.

April&Jason Ortiz don’t be nervous! It’s a great place to raise kids. SugarHouse Park has an awesome playground (&has great hills for sledding), City Creek Center is a gorgeous mall with an indoor playground in the food court, & you’re so close to awesome hiking trails & skiing/snowboarding places! So would it be fair to say,,,,,, if you were willing to live 20-30 min drive from down town SLC (in traffic) it wouldnt be out of the realm of possibilities to do $1250 for a "nice" apartment. 1-2 bedroom?

Honestly each street is different! It wasn’t too bad where I was, but like 2 blocks down was a rough area.

SLC is known to have a lot of homeless people downtown & there are some high crime rates, depending on the area (from what I understand - I only lived there a few years, but I loved my time there).
