Milk and Honey Layer Cake Medovik Easy Recipe

When it comes to baking, I love looking for new recipes. But always end up with simple ones :) This delicious milk and honey cake recipe is great for the holidays and definitely worth trying!
Icing ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups whole raw milk
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 medium eggs
Dough ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp raw honey
3/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup sugar
Make icing first and put aside to cool. I use whole raw milk, but if you want to cut some calories, use skim milk instead. Tea towel under the lid helps to absorb excess moisture. Make a dough and when it comes to kneading, please, remember that it is hot! After assembling the cake, leave it refrigerated overnight to incorporate the ingredients.
I bet that after trying this cake, your guests will soon grab a second slice!
