I would consider myself as pretty athletic (sport student + doing tons of sport every day) - I need at least four 2-3 minute brakes + over half a liter of water when riding the "Thriller". Total time for one run: ~45 minutes - I just started mountainbiking a few months ago though.

Fun video. Also neat to see the speed difference between Josh and Rick, also knowing Josh is not going at full speed and since I'm quite sure Rick is faster and stronger than I am. It would probably take me well over an hour to get down this stage.
