- Taking care of your wigs in an integral part of owning a wig especially if you want it to last for a very very long time. So in today’s video I will be showing you how to revamp a curly wig, or any other wig.
Maintaining the quality of your wigs (washing/revamping) can be extremely stressful, so here is a step my step hair revamp video to make the process less stressful.
Although this method is meant for curly wigs, it can be used for any other wig or even your natural hair.

How often should one wash their wigs
The recommended time to wash your wig is 2-3 weeks or after 6-8 wears however when it comes to me, It usually depends on how often I wear my wigs. If it’s a frontal I use the lace to determine when I should wash it. And sometimes you can totally tell when your wig needs a wash coz it starts looking stiff and dull.

I am in the States and can't find this Keratin treatment milk, any alternative suggestions?
You can use silicon mix, crème of nature intensive conditioning treatment, tresemme curl hydration conditioner, or the ors olive oil replenishing conditioner.
Must it Be used on human hair?
I have never used this method for revamping and each time I use d deep conditioning method my wigs gets very dry😥 tank God I came across this video hopefully it will help

Please how months do you have to use your wig before you treat them?
It depends on how often I use the wigs, and how dirty it looks. So if I use it the whole month (which I don’t) I will probably wash it at the end of the month.

If it’s a sulphate free shampoo, then yes! You can use it

I agree to an extent. Good wigs are extremely important because it can last for years. Ps a good wig doesn't always mean an expensive wig though & some synthetic wigs can be revamped as well.

Do not follow her advice an ruin your wig with all this mess😅soak in shampoo rectangle an soak in conditioner hang dry trust me it will come out fresh dont follow this method .
