    Beautiful videos. Trinidad is truly beautiful. Hope someone can build a beautiful hotel away from the city.
    Hope a foreigner in the hotel business see your videos and visit us.
    What is breathtaking about Trinidad landscaping, is no country in the Caribbean has this. Christerfa Columbus when he visited Trinidad he was fascinated with the beauty of the northern range and the hillside. He called us " La_Trinity" he was in awe! The views took my breath away, because nature is one way to understand the wisdom from our creator and it helps us to know that he exist in heaven. He is the greatest designer, artist, architect and I hope Trinidadians will appreciate all that you have done and keep the beaches great job!👍🤟

      macqueripe is not really a beach it was a dock to dock american submarines during world war 2 so you have to be careful it gets very deep not far from the shore. the americans naval base was here during the war.

  • @trinihammer
    @trinihammer 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    The last time I came here was maybe 15 or more years ago and the crowd was intolerable. Maxi taxis with music blaring and the place a mess. My fisrt visit was in maybe 1960 or around, when the U.S Army was still in control. The walk down was a planked walkway running directly down to a concrete stage running left and right some feet above the beach. The left was the food and kitchen with the smell of hot-dogs and hamburgers wafting across the whole place. The right were small changing rooms in a row. Facing out to sea was a floating platform some distance from the shore that only the strong swimmers would go. I must've done it twice with fins as I wasn't that strong a swimmer. The depth there at the platform would've been about 20 to 25 feet or maybe more? I was only 10 yrs so it's a tough recall. It looks so different seeing the vids you took.

      @Trini_Surfer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @Trini_Surfer

    • @Trini_Surfer
      @Trini_Surfer  3 ปีที่แล้ว
