I have an opportunity to buy a 4 year old Casadio Dieci A1 for 1500. Restaurant went out of business. I am looking to start a small coffee shop and have limited funds. Is this a good machine? Easy to maintain and fix?
Yes these are good robust machines and spares are easily available. The price of used machines is always subjective but I would say 1500 is on the high side. We sold this one in 2017 to a happy customer for 450 fully serviced. Also for a single group this machine has a big footprint if space is a consideration. (price in UK £)
@@seantivenan9593 Thank you for responding! It is difficult to find a decent used espresso for under 2k US dollars. I saw an A2 for 2600 dollars which seemed like a better deal however, considering this will be a small shop, an A2 might be more than I need but more is never a bad thing. And man I wish I could buy a machine for 450! I wonder if the price difference has to do with you guys being in the UK.
