Well who would have thought it? People who are tinkering on the edge of legality, a women who has been arrested for FV. A man who knows enough about life to manipulate what he can, into his favor. Who would have thought they would lie about honoring their promises and not pay back borrowed money, who can believe it???????
She wanted a sugar daddy and got one. He wanted a young woman and he got what he wanted. He ended up in court. What else did he think she wanted besides money. Hello!
I have a heart murmur. It certainly doesn't stop you from getting work! In fact, I have a lot more than that. I get dialysis, have two slipped discs in my neck, and a smaller heart issue. I'm currently on disability, but I'm looking for work. I had my dialysis time changed to after 5 so I could get a full-time job. I don't really have a choice, since disability in Canada doesn't give you enough money to live, unless you're living in somebody else's house, and don't have a car. You've got to love these women who say, "I don't know what I signed, I don't remember signing it"... are you an adult or aren't you? I don't agree with the judge when she says, he had no business dating somebody 40 Years his junior and she had no business looking for a sugar daddy. If everybody is upfront about it, I really don't see a problem. Although, it doesn't usually work out well. And if you do have a sugar daddy situation, and then the guy loans money to the girl, he needs to get a promissory note. Otherwise, how does the judge know whether it's pay-for-play or an actual loan?😢
It should be an immediate hard-red flag anytime someone says that they will pay when they get income taxes. If they have to pay with a tax return that means they have no money now and are unreliable with finances. Also, if it's a personal loan don't trust them because some loans can automatically be garnished from taxes, and or they likely won't be giving it to you. Also, everyone is ways like "I think I'll get back $5,000", and then they only get back $200.
All these scammers getting so much money back in their tax returns, while not working and receiving government assistance. Meanwhile the rest of us are working like idiots and having to pay. Ugh.

That “wisdom” comment means she looked up to him and he knew that. 😭 but she still owed the money 😩
Yeah these two deserve each other! What the Judge said is exactly what it looks like! She was using him as a “Sugar Daddy”! Her claims of “I don’t remember signing anything” & “he told me to do things & I did them cause I just thought he was wise”, say what now? How dense is this woman? If she don’t understand something, there’s plenty of other places to get help, she stayed with this man cause she’s not very smart (go back to school sis!!)! He clearly used his helping her with whatever as a way to control her! Some ppl have a hard time conveying what’s in their heads. And I think he was wrong for this 💩. Also you don’t need a POA to check taxes. Glad the judge ripped that paper up!!! But she really shoulda backed the hell up off her. She can be very cruel and judgmental at times. Even though her shows over, she might want to still take a step back and realize she’s not quite as great as she thinks she is.
No one gonna hired you😢 but good luck
When you hear the words"tax credit" or "settlement",you should runnnnnnn away fasttttt.
The guy at the end always gets me 🤣
It should be an immediate hard-red flag anytime someone says that they will pay when they get income taxes.
He definitely was taking advantage of her.
She was a FULL grown adult well into her 20's when they dated so I think judge Milian was out of line for scolding them.
Sorry Judge, but they’re grown folk, the have all the business in the world doing what they want to do. That’s a subjective opinion.
Like scam the government, or actually, American taxpayers?
This case just got weirder and weirder as it went on…
She goes from one sugar daddy to another
He clearly took advantage of her and it sucks how the judge was making fun of that
I CANT BELIEVE THE JUDGE DIDNT RULE IN HER FAVOR ALSO BECAUSE IT WAS CLEAR THAT HE WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HER SMH
The women who called her a “gold digger” have a lot of internalized misogyny. HE is the groomer and manipulator!!!
Unfortunately, I believe the young woman. She may have some learning issues and he seems like he took advantage of that even though he gave her money.
She owed him money she needed to pay him back.
I agree but that’s not my argument.
All these scammers getting so much money back in their tax returns, while not working and receiving government assistance. Meanwhile the rest of us are working like idiots and having to pay. Ugh.
You can't dig for gold if there's no gold there! The power of attorney thing proves that he was going to get something from her not the other way around.
I would’ve said “I can’t read your honor!” 😂😂😂😂
Gold digger is a reach! If that's the case He's a gold giver😂 what he think this was?
😂😂😂 I know right!
Good for her for ripping up that power of attorney paper and getting that girl out from under it. Sadly she's naive and still learning
Guess he doesn't watch Judge Mathis.
She’s a user. Not enough money in the world 🤢 gross. Pay what you owe, user and move on.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣☄️WAIT HOW I HOLLERED WHEN HE SAID WE DATED FOR 30 SECS THO...SOMEBODY TELL ME ON WHAT PLANET IS A DATE THAT QUICK🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣☄️
Well, if he didn’t want anything else with her, he’s no better than her, those women make me sick outside.
I think I saw this in an upload called, “When hooking for old men goes wrong.” 😂 #LowQualityPeople
Unnatural and creepy. I would love to see what Judge Mathis would have said….😂
Anybody else think of Judge Mathis when he said she was supposed to pay with her income tax? 😅😅
She really thought he had control over her that’s sad
Everyone is complaining about JM's opinion on the age gap. But can we please focus on how he was trying to get that insane power of attorney over her? I mean wtf?😮
That guy is wild.
the income tax gag 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 maybe he is trying to get some bootie
Has anybody noticed the change in her voice?
She sounded like mentally slow, and when the issue of her taxes aroused she sounded different😮
The outside audience was weak af for blaming her and calling her a gold digger but not saying anything about his character. Also, the judge was extremely harsh!! You can tell that she doesn’t comprehend very well and may have a learning disability, which this man preyed on. So for her to tell her to “connect her brain cells” was extremely harsh and uncalled for 🙄
I Agree!
This girl is clueless.. They used each other... Just be glad this wasn't Judge Judy.. She would of shredded this girl into pieces.
It's not the judge's fault that she's a complete idiot. And a violent idiot at that.
So the hell what! 😅😅😅
The outside audience wants to b on tv, nothing else. The whole Harvey segment is a total waste of time. I scroll thru the second I see him. What does he even get paid to do?
He knew that POA wasn't worth anything. But he lead the defendant to believe it was. They both used each other for their own reasons. Give him his money and move on.
The fact that he said, "Worth anything". It's like he was using it just to get something.
I’m sorry, but he was definitely was manipulating her and they used each other. He was lying through his teeth. Even tho she used him for thinking he had money, this man had the audacity to create a power of attorney until 2040. He knew she wasn’t smart enough to look further into that situation and he was going to milk that until the cows came home! Collect her SSI until she literally was old af. Baby daddy came back into the picture and she dropped him like a bad habit 😭😩 also, she’s kinda not all the way there and very absent minded and he played right along into it. That “wisdom” comment means she looked up to him and he knew that. 😭 but she still owed the money 😩
💯😝Like she was trying to be Anna Nicole Smith or somethin'
That's EXACTLY what I said!!!! He is a terrible man.
Dam you read this down to the teaaaaa😂😂😂
They deserved each other for the time they allotted.
We aren't talking about an 18 year old girl. She's 40 years old. This was between consenting adults. She owes him the money back. ....
Judge Mathis wouldve tore they axx UP with tht "taxes bck" sayn😂😂😂
Who said “thru a pimp” when they asked how they met each other?? 🤣 lol 😆
She was finessing him, plain n simple!
Ladies, don’t be a loser like this where you feel like you have to depend on some man, especially one that’s going to abuse you, cheat on you, take advantage of you, etc.! Go to school, learn a skill or get a degree, you can do it!
hmmmmmm maybe get a job? still getting the taxpayers to support you and your children.
Ugh disability is not fair
It is for those that are actually disabled
He knew exactly what he was doing and she's ignorant.
