I love re-watching these scenes, because I laugh at the same place every time and just as hard as I did the first time. The way Esme's face cracked when she heard Trina's voice is priceless and a long time coming. Today was such a great Sprina day.
I just love the heck out of Spencer & Trina so much. I am happy for Spencer & Trina holding hands and they put Ace down for bed. Spencer said he never saw him fall asleep so quickly. Why are people so anxious to saddle TRINA with a Baby? No one is pushing early Motherhood on JOSS. They are the same age. And JOSS has more life experience. Both have education and careers to deal with. Even MOLLY and TJ dated for several years before committing.

Oh Trina definately had wishful thinking if she really thought anyone would be crazy enough to go out with esme even spencer was kind of laughing. Also why did the gh writers have Trina ask Spencer if it would bother him if esme is dating like why would he even care. Sometimes gh writers write Trina like she is an insecure woman worried if her boyfriend has romantic feelings for his psycho ex. 🤣😂
I actually think the opposite. The writers want to make it clear of Spencer’s feelings be it little or remnant for the drugger so the antis don’t get it twisted is not existent. So that the little hope or delusion they had is squashed.
Nice to see Sprina together ❤️. It's sickening that 90% of their dialogue was about Esme and the other 5% about Portia's plans for Trina. Only 5% was about them being a couple. The " core" writer's should do better.

Esme can cry herself a lake, river, or even an ocean, it did not touch my heart. She is "Evil" and folks stop trying to make Trina evil. Esme did awful things to her body while pregnant with Ace. Once upon a time, she said Spencer was not man enough in the bed like his dad. Now she wants him to want her, this shows just how crazy she is, and she hates Trina.

unfortunate part of being grafted into their love story...making Spencer obsess over being "father", etc. , the only way for her to get out of their story is for that baby to not be a Cassadine. As long he's a Cassadine, he is part of their story and by default ebola, especially now that she's moved out...promised land is on the horizon though
Hello everyone. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas/ Holiday. This is the Spencer and Trina. I like to see. All romantic and flirtatious. Spencer had put Ace to bed. So him and Trina could have some alone time to themselves. Than the phone ring. Guess who it is. Esme. She wasn't on no date. Her memory is coming back. Now she remembering all the bad things that she did. To Trina Joss Cam and Spencer. Other people like Ava etc, Before they claim she lost her memory. I'm so glad that. Spencer and Trina are finally getting to be together more. Like they should be. Now we are definitely getting somewhere. ❤ This Beautiful couple so much.
it was lovely, agreed Brenda...it's the kind of love we needed...angst but not overpowering them. They survived the HS by putting their heads together. They will be conversing about Ebola...it's a given, not because they care about her, but because they don't trust her.
Great scenes today. If I’m gonna nit pick, I’d say I need Spencer and Trina to be less concerned about Esme’s dating life. I hate that they’ve made Trina even casually concerned about whether Spencer would care about Esme’s love life. That living situation made Trina a bit insecure (understandably) and I hope we get to see her realize that she doesn’t need to be.
are they worried about her dating life or are they wondering what would make her be apart from her child on his first Christmas...and if she's changed truly, should they trust her knowing that she's behaving uncharacteristically... It's sort of reminds me of a person who commits a crime and does too much to elude suspicions (like giving too many details, doing things out of character)...Ebola is raising suspicion and the brains of the show should be noticing
@@creating1_c1999 I actually looked at that as a combo of them recognizing a change in Esme’s behavior. But also a way to highlight Trina’s lingering concerns about the situation. I don’t know if they’ll ever have him acknowledge it, but his handling of this situation created some distrust in his relationship and insecurities within Trina. I think a better show would touch on that, but I don’t expect gh to. Good analogy though. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see esme scrambling to cover up everything. Sort of like she did during the trial towards the end.
Yep. The wound hasn't completely healed. Spencer messed with her trust with the living situation as well as his ultimatum, so he's still earning her trust back. As it should be. Just a few days ago she had to redirect him with Ebola about Ace. He was slipping. It is for good reason. He still has struggles as well, we know with turning over a new leaf and earning her parents/family trust. Both are imperfect in that way. Yep. Now that Ebola is aware, she's going to be hyper-focused on trying to maintain her cover. That is how we know she's going to slip up. Plus, my gut says while #Sprina are spinning back and forth on "what if" it will be someone else who gets snatched in, someone like Laura whose brain has been muted to get the big shock and awe. @@nfgc86

His efforts have been solid so far, so I won’t judge too harsh on that front. But that living situation plus the ultimatum was the straw that broke the camels back. And she was willing to walk away. I’m happy that she was. Someone needed to take stock of the situation and if he wasn’t capable, it had to be her…but the issues still linger. I do see improvement though. I’m assuming Laura’s going to get completely snowed by esme. She’s so blissful in her ignorance; I think she’ll lean into denial. Or maybe even make excuses for her. Laura’s been looking dumb as hell all year,I expect no changes lol.

What did Esme expect? That Spencer was sitting at his grandmother"s house wishing for her? Please ! Question , why would he? With her memories back she knows, no way for her to "fix" this. So , of course she will turn to the bad Esme. It would be wonderful if she would leave town and NEVER come back . So, let Spencer and Trina have life ,I enjoyed watching them enjoying their xmas together . They are wonderful ! Merry Christmas Sprina !
It was cute to see Spencer and Trina act like a married couple (wishful thinking) as Spencer tried to make time with Trina while Ace was sleeping. Esme was rightly conflicted between her memories and her new life. The writers are either going for redemption for Esme or for the real Esme to return and wreak havoc again.
I don't think she's going to stir up a mess, her focus is going to be on keeping her cover from being blown, but slip up, and someone will see, and that will activate her nature to eliminate obstacles.
I totally agree ,because at this point it would seem that Esme would just want to keep her new life rather than stir up trouble. If only GH writers would find Esme man... Especially with her jealous streak showing during the phone call of her finally understanding that Spencer chose Trina over her.

Esme didn't listen and she will not tell but will still try to get Spencer back as her boyfriend. Esme broke Nicholas and Ava up and now is trying to break up Spencer and Trina. She wants what she wants and that is Spencer. Esme needs to take accountability for her actions and stop saying her parents made her this way. It's like saying Eve made Adam take that bite from the fruit in the garden. Adam could have said nope, The Lord said not to eat from this particular tree. You have pastors preaching that Eve made Adam take that bite, Adam knew right from wrong. Esme knows right from wrong, and she will choose to keep quiet and still plot to do wrong to Trina and Spencer. Esme needs to stand in front of a mirror, look deep within herself and ask why would Spencer take her back? Yes, he loves Trina, and she loves him but her sleeping with his dad was a very low blow to him. Esme made up her bed and now she must lay in it without Spencer.

Spencer raised concerns about why Esme needs alone time and Laura said she is a single mom. A single mom who breaks into Windermere and recalls all the evil things she did to people. You know Trina hasn't given Spencer a Christmas gift yet. What will she give him, she mentioned as she was leaving, that she would see him tomorrow when they give Ace his Christmas gift. You mention pregnant, maybe one of those pregnancy test strips wrapped up.
The writers, every other word between Spencer & Trina is about Esme or Portia that's what they have been writing for them to talk about mostly ! It's so ridiculous !!
Right now I feel bad for Esme. She finally came to the realization that she was a terrible person. She screwed Spencers dad and lied on Trina. Up until now she only saw herself as a loving mother. She can be a better person if she chooses. Just because her parents are crazy it doesn't mean she can't do better. This doesn't change the consequences of her past actions. She needs to do time. She can turn over a new leaf and stop trying to ruin everyone's life. Find a new man and stop trying to gain affection from a man who doesn't want her.
Trina should have spent the night at Spencer's, since he wanted her to stay and she didn't want leave either. Honestly she should have her Christmas morning with her dad Taggert again they barely mention him at least show Trina having a phone call with him to acknowledge him. But nothing at all which to me is cold. The show is making it look like Curtis is the only father she's known , which is not true. I wish that the truth that Curtis isn't her father would come out and they would start showing Taggert more. If they did I would write that he would be a little upset with Trina because she promised that nothing would change but she allowed it to happen. But he would understand and they would make up and she would spend most her time with Taggert.
I just remembered that Esme laughed about giving Trina 2 of those drug pills. It shows her putting 2 pills into Trina's drink. If she remembers now, why not remember who Ace's dad is?

I keep listening to Esme in the flashback as she’s about to burn the tree, she says, “…just remember that I, THE mommy…” Scripts are very specific and they don’t let you change the words. Why would she say it that way?
Good catch…It’s probably just poor dialogue. But, I’ve heard some ppl speculate that this isn’t her baby at all. That she stole someone’s eggs and was artificially inseminated... I don’t think the show is going that route. But that would be interesting. We’ve seen this done several times on gh in recent years. Look no further than Roco or Charlotte.

In3:59 - 4:04 Spencer is on the phone w Esme while Trina has gone to the kitchen. Spencer, noticing Esme's silence , assumes she is nervous about her time away from Ace & attempts to assure her that everything is ok. That Ace had an amazing time & is fast asleep. Nothing to worry about! Esme shows a quick moment of relief. Then proceeds to say: "I'm glad, but..." Esme takes a few deep breaths in "that's not exactly what I'm...." As Esme is speaking, Trina's voice can be heard in the background " Hey, I'm making eggnog. I like mine plain but you want a little cinnamon in yours?" Spencer looks back towards his girlfriend Trina and gives her a 👍 Yes! Simultaneously we see Esme on the other line & see her reaction as she hears Trina's voice in the background. Esme immediately shows an annoyed face while pulling the phone away from her ear in frustration & annoyance!

Hello everyone. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas/ Holiday. This is the Spencer and Trina. I like to see. All romantic and flirtatious. Spencer had put Ace to bed. So him and Trina could have some alone time to themselves. Than the phone ring. Guess who it is. Esme. She wasn't on no date. Her memory is coming back. Now she remembering all the bad things that she did. To Trina Joss Cam and Spencer. Other people like Ava etc, Before they claim she lost her memory. I'm so glad that. Spencer and Trina are finally getting to be together more. Like they should be. Now we are definitely getting somewhere. ❤ This Beautiful couple so much.
it was lovely, agreed Brenda...it's the kind of love we needed...angst but not overpowering them. They survived the HS by putting their heads together. They will be conversing about Ebola...it's a given, not because they care about her, but because they don't trust her.

Great scenes today. If I’m gonna nit pick, I’d say I need Spencer and Trina to be less concerned about Esme’s dating life. I hate that they’ve made Trina even casually concerned about whether Spencer would care about Esme’s love life. That living situation made Trina a bit insecure (understandably) and I hope we get to see her realize that she doesn’t need to be.
are they worried about her dating life or are they wondering what would make her be apart from her child on his first Christmas...and if she's changed truly, should they trust her knowing that she's behaving uncharacteristically...
It's sort of reminds me of a person who commits a crime and does too much to elude suspicions (like giving too many details, doing things out of character)...Ebola is raising suspicion and the brains of the show should be noticing
@@creating1_c1999 I actually looked at that as a combo of them recognizing a change in Esme’s behavior. But also a way to highlight Trina’s lingering concerns about the situation. I don’t know if they’ll ever have him acknowledge it, but his handling of this situation created some distrust in his relationship and insecurities within Trina. I think a better show would touch on that, but I don’t expect gh to.
Good analogy though. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see esme scrambling to cover up everything. Sort of like she did during the trial towards the end.
Yep. The wound hasn't completely healed. Spencer messed with her trust with the living situation as well as his ultimatum, so he's still earning her trust back. As it should be. Just a few days ago she had to redirect him with Ebola about Ace. He was slipping.
It is for good reason. He still has struggles as well, we know with turning over a new leaf and earning her parents/family trust. Both are imperfect in that way.
Yep. Now that Ebola is aware, she's going to be hyper-focused on trying to maintain her cover. That is how we know she's going to slip up.
Plus, my gut says while #Sprina are spinning back and forth on "what if" it will be someone else who gets snatched in, someone like Laura whose brain has been muted to get the big shock and awe. @@nfgc86

@@creating1_c1999Yep. Just a few days previously she had to step in to prevent him from going into caretaker mode. He promised to try, but still defaults to it. His efforts have been solid so far, so I won’t judge too harsh on that front. But that living situation plus the ultimatum was the straw that broke the camels back. And she was willing to walk away. I’m happy that she was. Someone needed to take stock of the situation and if he wasn’t capable, it had to be her…but the issues still linger. I do see improvement though.
I’m assuming Laura’s going to get completely snowed by esme. She’s so blissful in her ignorance; I think she’ll lean into denial. Or maybe even make excuses for her. Laura’s been looking dumb as hell all year,I expect no changes lol.

It was cute to see Spencer and Trina act like a married couple (wishful thinking) as Spencer tried to make time with Trina while Ace was sleeping.
Esme was rightly conflicted between her memories and her new life. The writers are either going for redemption for Esme or for the real Esme to return and wreak havoc again.
I don't think she's going to stir up a mess, her focus is going to be on keeping her cover from being blown, but slip up, and someone will see, and that will activate her nature to eliminate obstacles.
I totally agree ,because at this point it would seem that Esme would just want to keep her new life rather than stir up trouble.
If only GH writers would find Esme man...

@@lawandahenderson9615 Esme is very stubborn and hardheaded. Ryan told her what her mission was and to leave Spencer, Trina, and her friends alone and target Nicholas and Ava. Esme didn't listen and she will not tell but will still try to get Spencer back as her boyfriend. Esme broke Nicholas and Ava up and now is trying to break up Spencer and Trina. She wants what she wants and that is Spencer. Esme needs to take accountability for her actions and stop saying her parents made her this way. It's like saying Eve made Adam take that bite from the fruit in the garden. Adam could have said nope, The Lord said not to eat from this particular tree. You have pastors preaching that Eve made Adam take that bite, Adam knew right from wrong. Esme knows right from wrong, and she will choose to keep quiet and still plot to do wrong to Trina and Spencer. Esme needs to stand in front of a mirror, look deep within herself and ask why would Spencer take her back? Yes, he loves Trina, and she loves him but her sleeping with his dad was a very low blow to him. Esme made up her bed and now she must lay in it without Spencer.

Spencer raised concerns about why Esme needs alone time and Laura said she is a single mom. A single mom who breaks into Windermere and recalls all the evil things she did to people. You know Trina hasn't given Spencer a Christmas gift yet. What will she give him, she mentioned as she was leaving, that she would see him tomorrow when they give Ace his Christmas gift. You mention pregnant, maybe one of those pregnancy test strips wrapped up.
The writers, every other word between Spencer & Trina is about Esme or Portia that's what they have been writing for them to talk about mostly ! It's so ridiculous !!

Right now I feel bad for Esme. She finally came to the realization that she was a terrible person. She screwed Spencers dad and lied on Trina. Up until now she only saw herself as a loving mother. She can be a better person if she chooses. Just because her parents are crazy it doesn't mean she can't do better. This doesn't change the consequences of her past actions. She needs to do time. She can turn over a new leaf and stop trying to ruin everyone's life. Find a new man and stop trying to gain affection from a man who doesn't want her.
Trina should have spent the night at Spencer's, since he wanted her to stay and she didn't want leave either. Honestly she should have her Christmas morning with her dad Taggert again they barely mention him at least show Trina having a phone call with him to acknowledge him. But nothing at all which to me is cold. The show is making it look like Curtis is the only father she's known , which is not true. I wish that the truth that Curtis isn't her father would come out and they would start showing Taggert more. If they did I would write that he would be a little upset with Trina because she promised that nothing would change but she allowed it to happen. But he would understand and they would make up and she would spend most her time with Taggert.

I just remembered that Esme laughed about giving Trina 2 of those drug pills. It shows her putting 2 pills into Trina's drink. If she remembers now, why not remember who Ace's dad is?

I keep listening to Esme in the flashback as she’s about to burn the tree, she says, “…just remember that I, THE mommy…” Scripts are very specific and they don’t let you change the words. Why would she say it that way?
Good catch…It’s probably just poor dialogue. But, I’ve heard some ppl speculate that this isn’t her baby at all. That she stole someone’s eggs and was artificially inseminated...
I don’t think the show is going that route. But that would be interesting. We’ve seen this done several times on gh in recent years. Look no further than Roco or Charlotte.

@@nfgc86 Great catch, someone mentioned that when Laura and Kevin came back from that trip. I bet Spencer feels very dumb when he wasted so much time with Esme & Ace and neglected Trina. It makes one wonder if Nicholas is not Ace's dad and Spencer is not the brother. She was latching on to them taking care of her and Ace, no matter what the cost or who gets hurt. It took Esme moving out and Trina walking out on him at Joss and told him she would walk for good. Esme played Spencer, Laura, Kevin, Alexis & Kristina with her single mom status. The writers are not to bright when it comes to writing a story for Esme.

I think Esme is going to do something to Trina that really is ugly. Remember when they interviewed T. she said her character would go undergo a drastic change. SMH...That is why I do catch up on YT, I can't devote the time to get mad and disgusted watching GH for a hour. LOL
This next phase is going to be rough, surprising, and turbulent...the one on their back however will be the biggest shock and I don't think it is going to be Trina...unless she's coming to defense of someone else and gets grounded. She's too smart to stumble into a trap.
