Its nice from time to time but as a Dutch person, in my opinion does not represent The Netherlands well. It has famous Dutch history and many iconic Dutch things but at least the city centre is so heavily focused on tourism i dont even feel like im in my own country. Even the people working in the stores dont speak Dutch. Nothing wrong with foreigners or their languages bit cmon you open a store here you come work/live here for multiple years or even permanent, learn the language... But im glad to hear you had a great time 👌

I always go for bacon and syrup on my pancakes. The combination of salted pork and sweet syrup makes it great.
