Legislators should enact laws where law enforcement officers have to pay a fine, or court costs, or a share of any awards up to a certain percentage of their income should they lose a civil rights lawsuit or settle. I've seen way too many officers threatened with lawsuits in First Amendment audit videos merely shrug. They need to feel the sting and think twice about their actions.
Many have said in comment sections that these settlements should come out of the police officers' pension funds. I somewhat agree, but often these are plans that also include firefighters, teachers and other government employees.
But what's even more alarming is to see them get away, time and time again, with purely criminal acts conducted under color of law. If the evidence is so overwhelming as to force them to settle or to actually lose a case in court, then there has to be a guilty party and the government needs to investigate and bring charges on behalf of the People. Just my two cents.

052622. I seek to have policies & procedures changes in the courts, & with law enforcement. To keep officers accountable non violent court hearing should be done online.. Violent offensive if DNA evidence to proves violent crimes were not committed by the defendant should be released with electronic devices until case is completed. In 2022 America open your eyes to the burden, cost & detamentinal issues created by wrongful arrest, & false imprisonment. We shouldn't have to have another global crises Like George Floyd. I am hopeful we will come together America,, & have a Starbucks moment: 2 Young Bkack Men. Not pushed under a rug.. Starbucks its was wrong what happen
Let's take some time & fix our broken system

They should have to carry insurance which pays their fines, and each fine their premium goes up till they are uninsurable, that once they are uninsurable it insures they can't work any where in law enforcement.

Greetings, I just felt compelled to post, and state my appreciation after listening and taking notes, thank you for being a "high value man" seriously. Allow me this compliment regarding your voice, which is powerful and stately. I listened to Georgian Templar Chants over 13 years, helping to relax & ground my feminine energy, and become a lioness, when needing to protect myself. Your tone is confident a leader hearing what you speak about in legal authority has been my pleasure sir. Once I complete letters to the ACLU & US department for violence against women, in addition to being a senior citizen. I would be honored if our paths cross in the legal sense, in the near future. Until then, yours truly. 🙏

Sir if what you said in this presentation it's true I want to thank you with all my heart Soul and Spirit!
In the last unbelievable incomprehensible horrific 4 years of my life,I am 52 as Oct this year it is my experience there are very few attorneys like yourself truly exist. Of course that's not saying much with me being 52 years old after serving my country over 30 years ago with pride and honor voluntarily in peacetime and War never of having been arrested never having one negative experience with law enforcement or need for an attorney. Other than to create a LLC for my small construction company and pest control business that I owned and operated for 27 years before I was ambushed betrayed attacked and victimized by family members/corrupt public officials who used loved and trusted relationships to silence me destroy my reputation and credibility behind my back while violating my human , civil and constitutional rights to say the very least. None the less sheriff deputies, police officers and lawyers some of whom are family members who I loved and trusted the most and all knowing I never had a clue or saw it coming nor would have or could have. They have violated my constitutional civil right to due process with there abuse of power of and influence .
They used lies made up stories about me behind my back when I did not know they were doing it. They used false stigmatism about combat soldiers who have served on the Frontlines during a theater of war. Lying to and frauding a honorable judge the Superior Court local that they are obligated to represent under oath. Also misleading and lying to local law enforcement. That is assuming every cop deputy and investigator in the District attorneys office in this California counties jurisdiction is not corrupt.
The list of crimes committed and covered up by these public officials is outrageous blatant arrogant an unbelievable that I would of never believed this could be happening in this country.
It's just clear simple provable fact !
The reality is my life will most likely be taking and covered by these coward lying public officials very soon or worse put in a mental hospital and a conservative ship giving to one of these murdering family members so they can take all my assets and my voice completely has seen done corrupt and fraudulently in civil court rooms all over this county. Also fact very clear and easy to prove .
That is if a ethical law firm as the courage and moral integrity to stand up to such insidious form of criminality and public corruption.
You surly seem to be one of the few. And as fate has it your not in California.
Long winded as I have been I think it amazing you take time to get to know your clients . Evan more so you invest your time in the ethical Manor while investigating your client. In my case which is one of the main reasons for my long winded comment is in my case there was one attorney maybe two who I believe if they would have made one tiny bit of professional effort in vetting me and my allegations
before contacting the corrupt attorneys as I suggested them to please do but did not . Only to be lied to mislead the corrupt lawyer and refereed them to corrupt incompetent sheriff deputies and cops whom are family members That are responsible for
    Premeditated murder
    Intentional elder abuse and neglect
    Real estate fraud
    Forgery
    Forging grant deeds
    Forging stoling checks
    Embezzlement
    Exstortion
    Kid napping
    Rape
    Child abuse
    Assault battery
AND much more to include intentionally hiding and covering up evidence buy directly disrespecting in the courts by knowingly and intentionally lying and courts to cover it all up.. they have intentionally and knowingly commit crimes through and in the courts and they still are. Unfortunately there is one or two of lawyers that if they would have vetted me instead of participating and conspiring 2 help they're corrupt peers cover up so many serious crimes. They could have and would have prevented many 2 years of Evil Insidious malevolent elder abuse and neglect unintentionally killed an innocent senior citizen this community California! And would have not made the an accessory to do all the above mentioned factual real crimes that have been committed . Because lawyers like you indeed will save lives because my life is more likely to be taken I covered up by these corrupt cowardice public officials. I want to caution you so none of your clients or yourself become a victim. Sir with all sincerity I truly suggest and recommend you take Extreme Caution embed every probate lawyer and Law Firm you deal with in anyway especially on a wrongful death case. I believe you are very wise to get to know your clients in the manner you say you do. Truly to win your case it is necessary know your case! I being a lay person I would assume Very few cases can be won with out the Facts and truth. It seems to me the best way to get the facts and truth you need to win or take a case is to get to know your client !
Clearly you are aware of that.
I just wanted to know that probate trust & will litigation is not complicated at all ! It's actually quite simple it's very easy to understand.
The ones managing the trust & wills in Probate litigations for their clients. It's the Corruptions that the corrupt attorneys whom practice and litigate Trust & Wills That want you and I and every one else to think it's complicated! They make it complicated by not questioning any wrong doing by the opposing attorney or there clients. Nothing is ever done about any Criminal fraudulent abusive neglectful harmful Behavior by their clients to include corruption of the attorney's ! Follow the money !
Those attorneys get paid whether they win or lose depending on the assessed value within the trusts and wills.. God bless you sir I wish you and the client's best we need more like you out there you.
California police officers attorneys are Solano County my family members I put a wall up with their gang stalking ga tactics behind my back but I have not been able to overcome I can't even get a police report written up by a local law enforcement agency with a handful of evidence in my hand add a refuse to even just take from my hands to review
    Themselves.
I wish you and your clients the very best.
    God Speed

Was banned from Asheville, N.C. public parks for one year? A single officer judged and deemed me (non-public)
This is happening often with more than 20 deemed (non-public).
I wear signs and have them on my cart advocating a change of government, prison reform, public property, porta-potties, right to travel, free speech, illegal search,
I asked for jury trial the court date is 09/07/22.

Upon being questioned, and all throughout my incarnation, I was informing both the police and my public defender that their are five new cameras at the park that would exonerate me.
The police literally called me a little, and my attorney, kept saying that there's was nothing she could do because the police report doesn't mention cameras, "too bad your locked up or you could do all the investigative work yourself". Upon bail, I immediately went to the park and took photos of all the cameras, their field of view, and the view of where the incident took place.
I was ignored by all judicial personal, including the sheriff department and coerced into taking a illusory plea deal that has been the complete opposite of what was implied... there's so much more

How do you enforce sanctions for violating motion to compel?
    For hiding evidence.
Also, how do you handle the judge who interferes with and prevents you from getting requested evidence during discovery processes?

I have what I believe to be a great case against the Illinois State Police, after they arrested me unlawfully for refusing to show identification, when they didn't suspect any crime whatsoever. As a matter of fact, they arrested me unlawfully because they didn't realize that I had been videotaping them with the phone that was sitting in the cup holder of my car!
It was only after a police officer, who got in my car, to move it to the side of the road, noticed my phone, that I was uncuffed and released.
I have to assume, that the only reason they let me go, was because they realized that I had just captured their entire unlawful arrest of me, on camera. I can't help but wonder what kind of charges they would have fabricated to make the arrest appear to be lawful.
I am seeking a civil rights attorney who is willing to assist me in filing a lawsuit against the Illinois State Police. The video can be seen in the link below.

It's possible that CPAs would be knowledgeable through continued education or right out of college about taxing of proceeds from cases settled on cases one, on the other hand I might angle towards and yeah it can cost a little more money a tax attorney at least on a pre consultation to see what their feelings are about a CPA they might also be separate certifications of CPAs knowing about this particular kind of taxation.

I got into that position too. I could not believe how many lawyers will not take on a case against police, it took awhile but I finally found a real civil rights lawyer. Very expensive but I have to do it, When the police team up against you and file false charges and the chief of police stands behind those lowlifes it has to be done, I’m doing it they get served next week, you got two years to start a civil rights case
