To get admission in SFF one of the requirements is to hold Registered Certificate (R.C) provided to all the Tibetan refugees by Indian government. Therefore, there is not even a single SFF personal who holds an Indian Passport. None of them are Indian citizens. They are all admitted to the force on the basis that they are Tibetan refugees and holder of RC as explained above.

Not really. 1 Archers r fully tibetans. Rest vikas have Indians from Ladhak, Sikkim, NE etc. Also, it's commanded by Army (Indians).
