At my worst, I can remember thinking that I'd be willing to walk out into the street in my underwear w/ my house and everything I own set ablaze of it meant feeling normal again.

Yeah it’s pretty crazy when you reach that point, when you’d give literally anything just to feel normal for a day. Now that I’m better, if I’m having an “off” day or something bothers I just think about how lucky I am to be able to live life again. Then that turns my day around and immediately it’s a great day 😃

I appreciate you talk so much about emotions and describe your inner condition so accurately. As for the spiritual side of your recovery: have you become religious?
Now I realize that the intuition deep inside my body is God talking to me, ruling me. And through my recovery I have been learning to live in peace with the Creator.

Hey Karineh, I wouldn't say it has made me become more religious but it definitely took me for a wild spiritual journey. I could make a whole series on the spiritual experience I had during these eight intense months. Out of body experiences, seeing light beings, being connected with higher beings, lucid dreams and astral projection, energy healing and seeing visions from a higher power that actually came through. One thing you'll find during this recovery journey is you will be much more in tune with the energy in the universe.

I would love to see more videos on the how behind your recovery... mindset, physcology, practical steps like meditation or deep breathing, pacing etc.

Thank you so much for this video and yes I think everyone who is suffering from chronic illness can benefit from learning about your spiritual experiences and the awakening that happens during this time. How to let go of the fear and embrace this as a lesson that we must learn. Also I remember you mentioning the letters that you wrote to your future self. Those kind of things would be very beneficial. Maybe make separate videos on each of your practices and mindset that helped you. ❤️

🙏🏼 I’ll make a video about those letters and how big of a role I played in my journey. Also covers some practical steps and practises that helped me the most my recovery!

This is like my life story except i am not in a bedridden stage.. been in that anxiety state ever since the pandemic.. and sometime im okay and fighting it.. some days are like really bad

It's good that you're not as bad, that means there's plenty of time to turn the ship around and get better. The worse stage you're in the harder it is to get out of the hole. So focus on getting better now and prioritize your health!

Yess!!!! Dude, you don't know how much i appreciate your videos.
I am about 80-90 percent recovered. I have done 2 cfs recovery programs. I'm still making progress. I still feel isolated tho. I still have brain fog and blurry vision, so I still feel like I'm in a dream world.
I'm a 23 year old guy. It feels like crap to have your life taken away. But I've learned to be positive, take healthy steps everyday, and keep learning.
    Here's a CFS playlist I've made!
