Loving seeing so many vid/blogs from you! Just finished last one and didn't even leave some comments on it yet that I want to, and what, here's another! U go girl! 👍🥄😀
it has to do with how much unnatural light you are exposed to. in the winter we use electricity for lights, particularly in the evening and it wacks out our natural connection to the moon. if you follow the cycles of the moon and only expose yourself to unnatural light (not the sun or moonlight) late at night (even all night if you wish) only when the moon is full, you can sync up with the moon and make it more regular. This is in general, and I have no idea how your conditions might affect how long or short your cycles are. Most cycles are 21-40 days long, not necessarily 28 days like they tell us.
The problem with legalization is the market is flooded with money making products that are not formulated with the health of patients in mind. Propylene glycol should be researched well, especially with issues like ours. Buy from Medical dispensaries, if you can. These items can have three different labels, even with bad ingredient hidden Under another sticker label. Read every side.
I adore those apples!! The best! I will look for the peaches... and maybe the strawberries, since I haven't figured out the auto immune diet yet. And it's 60. Yes 60 degrees here in New Jersey today- but raining 😂 and I have to drive 15 mins to a new hopefully pain management dr to take me on...and I so do not drive well in the rain. But temps supposed to drop again, damnit.
They're SO good! I'm not a huge fan of the peaches. But the strawberries definitely tasted great! Big Lots has freeze dried Asian Pears too (different brand, and a little more expensive, but still a good deal), I'm going to have to try those. Ahhh! I hope your appointment with the pain management doc went well! And I feel ya! It was 57 this morning - dropped to 36 by noon, and now it's freezing rain. Supposed to get down to 13 tonight, and up to 2 feet of snow >.< Is the storm supposed to hit you guys, too?
I just found out that CBD oil is legal in the UK and I ordered some off Amazon and I'm well hyped to try it. Anything that could potentially reduce my symptoms I'm gonna be happy about 😂
Hi fellow spoonie here! You give me so much hope! I'm looking into CBD oil and I would love to know more, so could you do a video about it please?? Either way, I love you and your videos abbr you just give me so much hope!!!
I've been thinking about trying vaping CBD to help with my chronic illnesses but every time I try looking into it I always get overwhelmed. It's really frustrating because I can never quite tell where to exactly start. It also doesn't help that I don't really have an income because of my chronic illnesses and can't really afford much... Do you have any suggestions on where to begin?
That's totally understandable! There are so many options, and it's hard to know which ones are worth it. That's actually why it took me so long to try it - Especially on such a tight budget, I was afraid to spend the money on something that might not do anything. One of my friends sent me a sample of some at the beginning of December, and I was SOLD. I get mine through DiamondCBD.com - I would honestly suggest signing up for the e-mails and waiting until they run a promotion. They seem to run them every week or so. Everything I have right now, I got for 40% off on Christmas day. And today they're running a 50% off sale. But the only ones I have experience with are DiamondCBD, and some un-branded type from a local smoke shop, which I'm pretty sure is just vegetable glycerin and flavoring - It's supposed to be 150mg, but doesn't affect me at all. Whereas even the 25mg from DiamondCBD makes a noticeable difference for me. I use the 25mg throughout the day, then the 550mg at night when I'm trying to sleep, and also when my anxiety and/or nausea are extra bad. My headaches are also a lot less frequent when I'm using it, but I haven't noticed a massive difference in the join pain yet. I do think it's worth a shot if you can swing the cost! But also, if you're on prescription meds, make sure you. CBD can affect medication absorption in the same way grapefruit does, so if any of your meds are reactive to grapefruit, maybe steer clear of CBD until talking to a doc about it.
I think as kids/teens we were mostly all uncomfortable about periods. But yeah I never knew about the ovulation timing either, till my 30s when I started tracking my cycle to get preg. (And boy did I get it down, got preg 11 times, and have 3 living kids- didn't know back then my illnesses were prob causing me to lose so many) and yes, hormones and cycles vary during the year. I don't get my cycle anymore due to my tremendous weight loss due to the gastroparesis and food allergies, but yeah.
I don't know why adding sugar to fruit is such a big thing. I bought some "honey roasted peanuts" and double checked the label to find corn and chili pepper! o_0 Those poor peanuts, they never saw it coming.
Hi, I just started taking Cbd oil an I’ve noticed my period used to come early like 4 days early every month but now it’s not doing that I feel it may be on time or a little late or worse it might not come I can feel a dull ache but not much pain like it’s trying to come if that makes sense? Did you notice a change in your cycle while taking it? I’m a little worried.
So no Sugar Pine 7 levels of vaping on here? I don't know if that's a disappointment or not... (Wrong. It is a good thing. MICHAEL!) Also, I'm loving the vlogs!

That is so true! And I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't know until later in life >.<
