Does it matter where the thermal relief valve is installed? I see it mounted pump and on unloaders.

How do i remove the pump assembly from MiTM 4000wp with robbins engine

I HAVE A GX390 HONDA 13.0 DOESN'T HAVE ANY WATER PRESSURE

Start with the easy stuff, check inlet screens. make sure they are clean and clear. Make sure you are getting enough water to your pump. Check your spray tips, they do wear out over time and you will lose pressure. Leaks... any leaks will lose you pressure. Check your fittings M22 or quick couplers, both have O-rings that go bad over time. Is your thermal relief valve leaking, if so, replace. Your unloader might be stuck in bypass. packings might be worn. check for water leaking under the pump behind the head( between the brass head and aluminum crank case.) that's a good sign that seals are bad or you have a cracked piston. Also make sure your engine is running at full throttle, usually I set them at 3600 rpm. if its belt driven like a CBA unit, make sure belts are not slipping. And if its direct drive make sure the keyway is not stripped and is spinning.

​@@hodgymoto1 On my unit, the problem turned out to be the Easy Start Valve. I couldn't understand what the problem was. There wasn't a lot of info about the situation online, but a local tech was pretty easily able to figure it out and all I needed was to take it out.
