You are so welcome! Thank you for sharing why! You picked the most perfect for Sawyer off your list of names! Every reason you mentioned made 💯 sense. August was a great dog-name in general though. I too have taken my naming of my pets very seriously over the years-my favorite approach has always been choosing human names for each gang of cats with matching first initials: Jennifer, Jerry, John. Others singles came later-Giuseppe! Leo! Sam! Then, my husband and I got our first dog-a beautiful and beloved Ruby Cavalier, Bailey, named after my favorite Party of Five character. Then, I adopted a super-tiny kitten I named Bo (note that I spent days deciding on which spelling). For a long time, it was just Bailey and Bo-nicknamed Bailey Boo and Bo Bo. It just sweetens the bond every time you call their nicknames. Then Sarah and Summer joined the family, which were kittens that I named Cooper and Finn when I was originally told they were boys by mistake. Had to toss all monogram stuff, but those names will come in handy some day! (Note that I’ve had no more than five pets at one time even though most people legitimately can not wrap their heads around that many cats/pets at once just the same! I however love every one and squeal at the delight that they are all mine-my husband and son love them all too, but they do think I am crazy). Last year for my 50th, I finally made my dream of owning a Persian come true-the pandemic proved life is literally too short to wait. Romeo joined us (Juliet is bound to come down the road). And, as you know, Rockford, a tricolor Cavalier has just joined us two weeks ago. My husband chose the name after one of his favorite 70s detective shows-The Rockford Files, and adding a Colombo down the road, is a real possibility. These choices were so awesome that I actually let him choose! Aren’t you sorry you asked us to tell us our choice names? 😉 I bet your subscribers are now that I’ve posted this long of a response; it was a lot of fun writing it though! PS-As for this crazy TH-cam handle, it belongs to my 11-year-old son as I do not have an account, but after falling madly in love with Sawyer and his adventures, I might just have to get my own. As for 5 pets at once, been there…actually if you count the 3 dogs, cat, and my son’s snake, I’m there right now... 😂 The Persian sounds beautiful, I got a cat from a rescue that was a black angora I named Emma (she had a penchant for fire, couldn’t light candles for years!!) I’ve def had some crazy cats (all were female lol). Glad things are going well with the new guy! And now I know where Rockford came from! 😊♥️🐾
Oh my gosh, what amazing pictures of when he was so small!! Sawyer ❤️ 🌟 is really the perfect name for him and I also liked Hutch! And Quincy is also another name I love! When I started watching the videos I really did think 'Wow, cool names!'👍
