I've seen cars on these videos, taking the lightest of taps (it seems) to a rear corner and then have the tire be shredded, wheel broken into pieces and/or the suspension go its own way. ;-)
I've gone to some races in the US, but their not as intense as those in Europe. I agree, it's incredible the speed these teams race at in such tight confines and luckily (skill), with so few accidents.
