Thank you Thressa for your service and your encouraging words so needed in this time when every door you knock it seems not opening when you know you fit for the job. I recently moved from another state I had to leave an amazing job that I had in healthcare but since I started the journey of finding a job that pays you well. Because its not easy been paid $24 hr to come to positions wanting to pay you $14, $15 its not enough. Its tough! I keep being hopeful and continue to push! Even I have felt like even afraid of applying because of another oh "you have the qualities and wer impressed about your qualifications but we have decided to move onto another candidate" I am not saying bad I wish the best on the other person but it's just a big let down! I pray everyone here find that job that they are praying and hoping for. I guess its not my time yet but it really hurts. I appreciate you! Thanks God bless!

Can you ask HR why is it that when they reject a highly qualified resume for one position, that they reach and say "you qualify for another position, do you want us to forward your resume to the hiring manager?" I applied for a position, interviewed, wasn't selected, the job closed, then it opened again a few weeks later so the other person must've not worked out. Why not call the second runner up who was qualified enough for you to interview and send to the hiring manager instead of relisting it again. I'm starting to think HR is causing many of the high unemployment rates in this country 😁

I don't u understand.If you reach out to the hiring managers or the jobs by phone why don't you ask the salary and get the real payment when they are not state it explicitly in the job page?

Many job listings don’t state exact pay because salaries can vary based on experience, location, and negotiations.
