Beautiful song! I still listen to "A Change of Heart", it's VERY special to me, always has been since I first heard it back in NYC, when I saw Srila Prabhupada . Praise God.

One morning when RNS came downstairs to go to the temple, my husband and I showed him the original video of Lover of the Lord with SP footage throughout. RNS had never seen it before and he was enraptured. I looked at him and could see tears welling up in his eyes. He liked it very much, just saying, "very moving, very moving." Thought you should know that.
Hare Krishna Prabhuji Dandavat Pranaam, you are one of those few super fortunate souls who got to personally associate with HDG Srila Prabhupada, we can only think what it would have been like to see and experience Prabhupada so close in real.
Krishna says, mad bhakta pujabhyadika -- the glorification of my pure devotee is more pleasing than the direct glorification of Me.
We would drive across west coast Canada town to town selling books , and playing this album in the Van. We loved it. It inspired us so much...... We were fired up to serve Prabhupada.......... and this song charged us.

When I am at my worst..the gross being is heavily disabled, it is this beautiful song and There is a Light that are among a select few which help me through the pain, and reminds me that I am not that body. Beyond Illusion is a work of genius. Thank you Michael. Hare Krsna 🙏❤

Mangalananda Prabhu. How can I thank you enough for this song and all the songs you have composed for Srila Prabhupada and his movement. I remember when Nature's Secret and A Change of Heart came out. I sold hundreds of them and listened to every song hundreds of times. I was also very touched by the interview you gave remembering Srila Prabhupada. I live and serve in China and when we published the two volumes of the Srila Prabhupada Lilamrta I arranged for the lyrics of this song to be placed on the back cover of the each book. My father had the 1978 LP and I used to listen to this song. My other favourites were, there is a light and Changing the face of the earth.

I'd just learned how to do alternating thumb picking and your music provided a way I could 'dovetail' my newfound abilities, although it was still thought to be 'maya'. I had several of your songs in my old hand-written songbook and played some of them from time to time at our Gopal's restaurant. Good to see you're well and still playing, as am I.

I can't tell you what a treasure this song is that you have given from your heart to SP and to us all! The world is so much more wonderful and beautiful from just listening to this heartfelt melody and gracefully flowing words. The Lover of the Lord video with SP and devotees footage, we showed to RNS when he was visiting. He had never seen it before and he immediately fell in love with the mood, the spirit of the song and captured by its simplicity and purity. RNS loved it! Cudos to you, prabhu!! May you excel more and more in your service to Prabhupada and the Lord.
