Using gypsum to increase water use, yields and profits

Hello, my dear professor, I am from Bahrain. I have an increase in calcium carbonate and very high salinity after I put a large amount of agricultural gypsum and slaked lime in abundance. The soil has become alkaline and salty. What is the treatment to eliminate calcium carbonate and excess salinity, as we live in areas with alkaline soil, and I tend to natural fertilization of plants and soil. Thank you very much.
