Magnificent, for once I've actually built this exact model - took nearly 3 weeks to complete the chassis - so I have a feeling for the amount of work that went into to this kit - brilliant work

Another great build, you can make a new truck look as though it's been driving for years, with a few washes, and scuffs and scratches, love you techniques, this is going to be great ZOMBIE diorama, is it going to have a city background, or in the middle of a surposedly zombie free town

Did you know that the Gunmetal pigment is graphite powder? You can get 250ml for €5.60 vs. 35ml from MIG for €3.60.
The earth shade pigment powders you can also get in bulk. They are the same as concrete and grout powder pigment.
Do you know what would be a good Zombie killer truck base? Have you ever watched Rescuers Down Under? The truck the hunter has would be a great base for a Zombie killer truck.

Weathering is a catch all phrase: accretion, erosion, UV fading, rusting and other chemical processes, time at work. Your mastery of this is superb.
And I just love the fact that some of the details are only just visible, such as the chainsaw in the cab.

I know that all of these apocalyptic trucks are in seperate dioramas, but I love to imagine that during the Apocalypse, there is a massive gang of truckers who all turned their rigs into zombie killing machines armed to the teeth and travel together in large numbers.

Мне так же не понятно.если у кабины из нутри такая детализация,то зачем нужно было делать пыльными стёкла и крепить крышу.всё что в кабине,не видно.с таким же успехом можно было внутри вообще не чего не делать

Das einzige, das deinem nahezu perfekten Modell noch fehlt, sind Reifen, bei denen man das Gewicht des Fahrzeugs erkennt, die also an der Unterseite "ausgebeult" sind.

Wieder einmal habe ich Ihre Arbeit mit großer Freude beobachtet. Fast eine halbe Stunde ununterbrochener Freude. Wie immer - die Handlung, die Montage, die Malerei, die Spuren des Betriebs in der Höhe. Ein bisschen fehlt natürlich die "Crew" :-) Ich freue mich darauf, den Traktor auf dem Diorama zu platzieren. Reminds me of the environmental magazine about new rural living and they had a plan of a garden for a farm kitchen and put the composting toilet right next to the tomato patch. NO one leans weapons against fuel tanks and no one puts oil drums next to a pivot. Your models are great, superb, but you never seem to consider the real life aspect of what you're doing.
...or they are just really dumb zombie hunters...

Have you ever tried Rust Effect Paint, it's a paint that has iron particles within it and it will actually form a layer of rust on the surface. I got a bottle recently for my R/C Ratrod build and I'm was really impressed. This would've been a great build for it. 👍👍
